You need to have all the main coins before you buy anything else, process is you have money and you can buy bitcoins, ethereum, or even litecoin directly, than with some of that amount you buy other altcoins, but save a bit of main coins, and when ever you making a purchase do the same, and you will have different coins and thats the best you can do in crypto world.
Since ETH is second best crypto after BTC, along with their respective blockchains, I do believe it makes sense to buy some ETH. Although it might bring you a little less profit than BTC, it could still be pretty profitable as well

What we currently see now is only temporary, eth is a well-established coin like bitcoin and one of the reason why the price is declining is due to the existing scam ICOs based in erc20. Can i invest in ETH or not? Please give me some suggestion.
Well if I were you I wont hesitate to invest in eth, the price is currently cheap thus its the right timing to buy. Eth is a good investment especially if you're going to hold it for long period.

Ethereum is still below $300, lower than several weeks ago and might still go down in the coming days unless there is a positive development that may happen soon. Ethereum is not dying and its price dip is normal for the cryptocurrency because it still part of price cycle. This price downtrend is temporary and will recover later so it better to buy some ethereum before the price start climbing again.

In my personal opinion, this is a good time to buy ETH. Its price has dropped by over 30% over the previous month. This is a good time to buy and hold long term.I think you should use the money you will not use it in the next 3 years, buy ETH and hold.

Eth price slash at the moment is because of someone who sold his millions of dollars worth Ethereums in the market. Market depends on 2 coins, BTC and Eth, and if they are going down, you will see whole market is bleeding. it is not the time to panic it is the time to hold and buy more. I lost a lot because of this fear in the beginning and now when I see the market is bleeding I literally drool because it is not the time to sell, it is the time to shop.
It's hard to change people's mentality, instead of taking things in a positive ways they find themselves confused, the current downtrend is unpredictable maybe you are right that there's someone who's holding a lots of ETH changing pplans and sold his holdings, in a supporters view this can be a best time to buy adding more to your investment will bring decent earnings after the bounce back.
