Well, obviously it is tough and it's garbage advice as well just like ''buy the dips'' That shit never works because you never know when a dip ends or when is the high or the low. You have to use your own strategy, learn some technical analysis and you will be able to find good moments to buy or sell but it's pretty much impossible to know for sure when a dip is ending or if you are actually buying low or selling high.

Overall it is correct. However, a lot of people do not understand where is low and high price. They can buy coins at local dumps while it could be start of global one. So it is necessary to evaluate situation for long interval of time but not for 1-2 weeks.
