Well I Dont think they will be a right time or moment to buy into the market, its best to enter when you feel its right. As for me its the right time to buy in, since the market is terrible. I advice not to expect a quick return.
I have noticed that people are much afraid when price get down. We should not worry about it. We should be happy for low price because it is also a chance for buying with low price. After every deep, price got high. So buy more and more.

not all altcoins is in good positions to buy at this moment,,
because its depends on our predictions and analyst my friend
and for now i will wait until the bull market is back, or just collect more a best alt such as ethereum

yes you really should be like that you should be able to buy as many altcoins as you can because like this is the perfect time to buy altcoins and the price is still very cheap so you should be able to take advantage of this opportunity as much as you can.

buying altcoin now can be a good idea because the price is not too high and we can choose any cheap coin price. I think, for now, people which have limited funds can buy a big amount of the cheap coins and they can expect to make a lot of profit in the future. the altcoin can also help them to gain a big profit too especially if the altcoin price can increase in the short time. and if I still have money, I will pick one or more cheap coins to buy and hold it until the price increase.
