I think now is the right time to buy all altcoins and also of course bitcoin. Because the current price is relatively cheap compared to last year. Maybe in the next few years there will be another surge like 2017.
I think it is a good time to buy as everything in crypto is in its lowest price now. if it is for long term investment like bitcoin and ethereum, the price is a good buy for this two coins that are good in investing for long time. as there is a big chance that you will earn big when time comes.

Absolutely, now is the best moment. The upward price movements have been seen, so it is very wrong to continue to wait to do so, except when prices fall continuously like a few weeks ago. I myself, have held some of my favorite coins, especially ethereum. 
I think we are all confused as to whether we have bottomed or not. The best option at the moment is to buy whenever the price dips. It will be a bad idea to sell your coins because there are more positive news that can drive the crypto market to the moon.
Now is a good opportunity to buy coins for long-term, but I'll wait another month, maybe the price will become even more attractive.

Well, if you do not have any coins now, then of course I would advise you to buy now at least 5-10% of the Deposit of coins, so that in case of growth it would not be so offensive , and when you stall you can buy )

I have bought the current dip, or at least... when market cap was still around 120 billion usd. Following my policy to buy after huge drops only, i planned to buy the next dip if market cap is around 60 billion usd. But should i not buy the current dip twice? Because what if the bakkt launching next month is succesful? What if it gets followed up by the ETF getting approval in the february sec-decision? What if it all comes paired with new developments that occur? Is this a realistic scenario for short-term?
What would you do, if you were following my plan/policy? I don't buy with large amounts so i can take some losses, what do you think is best?

Based on my experience, a cryptocurrency dump is a very good opening for someone who wants to invest. That crypto dump is really fatal and made some real losses but it also opened the door for a very good opportunity to invest especially the price of the alts dumped exponentially.

There is nothing to worry about if you believe that bitcoin can recover later. I think this is the right time to buy bitcoin because the price is quite low. according to your needs, if you have enough capital to buy and find the best altcoin that has the potential to have a good future to invest why should you wait. opportunity does not come continuously. while there, make the best use of it.
Well if bitcoin breaks the 4400 resitance level and eth breaks the 170 resistance then trend reversal can be confirmed as both of them will confirm breaking out of long term bear trend and to do that both need good volume and if this happens all the other coins and crypto market will follow so stay positive i am hopeful that next 4 5 months can be very positive for crypto market.
It's better to wait until now the price of all altcoins and all coins get dropped on their prices specially to bitcoin and ethereum this 2 crypto coins get lossing me a big money by holding for a long time.
It's better to wait for the market to come back red. The market is currently green, so many of Coinmarketcap's top 20 coins have increased. Even though the price of coins is still low compared to a few months ago. If later the market returns to red, you can immediately buy coins.
