I have been repaid a total of 0.03 BTC out of the 3.05 BTC I was owed since the hack in Feb.

As if I didn't already know I was never getting my BTC back, now there is no doubt. They even stole my random collection of shit coins I house there!

If there is one thing I notice in the chat box is how people whine/rage for support rather than opening a ticket. It can get to a point where I think it's people just trolling. Although, if I had lost a good of assets I would be mad too. The point being, never be rude to tech support. EVER! And not just on an exchange, anywhere. The last people you want mad at you are the ones that can fix your problem.
I've personally never had a problem with support although they could speed up response time.

We had DDOS issue today that's why server wasn't accessible awhile. At the moment all is sorted. Some tickets responses delayed because of this. We fisrt care about security - next about tickets.
But he is not a troll. You owe him 3BTC - he has every right to get angry. Personally, I would react so much worse than that.
You basically stole his money by closing his account. You are justifying your action by saying he cursed you in the trollbox.
Frankly, you deserved that after refusing to respond to his tickets for four months.
This is why I quickly took out all of my MINs from your site - this is also why I will never use your site again.
I honestly have no idea why people continue to use your site after your actions.

The thing I notice is that some coins that do very well on other exchanges sometimes have crappy volume on others. DIEM does quite well on Poloniex but on C-Cex not so well. I surprised about BC though.
Yes, that coin list has 0 trading volume, that's why we don't need them. But if they show some volume this week we will keep them.

I prefer if you make a warning tweet first as before. Volume goes up when you give a tweeted delistment warning that you will delist coins if volume does not increase. It creates a good trading opportunity for users as it did before.
