i don't believe what c-cex is bad exchange. Now i have more profits on c-cex than bittrex
all good coins starts on c-cex
i never had problems with withdrawals

competitors are making fud

I indeed, must confirm that C-CEX support always is ready to provide help when something is wrong. Mostly of the time I need help I ask regarding problems I contact C-CEX skype support. And their service is great, when I contact them I will get messaged in 15 minutes (own experience) and they always resolve my problems. No scam  here.

This thread become of some kind of FUD revelations.

To those who read and believe that messages like "scam warning" - just take a look at our exchange, our volumes (we had 170+ BTC / 24 hours yesterday, 64 BTC is current 24h volume), talk to people in our chat, contact support and exchange owners directly via skype (ticket request needed). You're the third user I know who's had their account closed by C-Cex in lieu of doing a refund.
After the Darkcoin shenanigans (and now SSD), I thought people would stop using this exchange, but apparently many still do.
You have to wonder if an exchange can be so cavalier with its reputation, how long are the owners planning to stick around - especially with the level of debt it's carrying?

I wonder if they do any due diligence? I had a little bit of BTC within that particular IPO when it got first release but the support from this "exchange" if you can call it that is fucking pathetic.

I heard that Price said it will take 7 days for the SSD wallets to be resolved. They have a database of transactions, trades, deposits, so they will have to crosscheck that and somehoe compensate for the SSD that was sent out improperly. This is what happens when you don't head the advice of a dev (and then two weeks later realize oh snap all our coins are gone... howwww). Although people are saying it was a "double-spend attack" from what I read in the convo between argagkiig and C-Cex, the issue happened when c-cex didnt update their wallet for...a week or two, and as a result an unanticipated glitch/bug occured where creating new addresses only came up with addresses that already existed....

I hope it does not take too long to come to a resolution, although it might hurt c-cex's personal wallets if what I read was accurate; in which case they may have to cough up coin from their own personal wallets if they cannot recover the improperly sent out SSD's.

To protect your own interests though, I suggest anyone that deposited or bought SSD on C-Cex logging into your C-cex account, go in the My Assets -> History tab and make a screen-capture of it. Just in case they "lose" their records.

Remember, protecting your money/assets is YOUR responsibility. Be smart, trade safe!

Apologies for some delays with serving tickets. It will be fixed soon. Just to remind: all opened tickets will be served and all issues will be fixed, just give us some time. We have much more traders and volumes now and working on more effective support.

Happy to say that support finally responded to my tickets (after 3 days roughly) and all my problems have been resolved.

I was getting worried for a while - as it seems quite a lot of people still are - but give them the benefit of the doubt for now. I really don't think they're a scam.

I'm waiting 2 (and more) months for my delisted (flappy) coins and they still didn't arrived. Contacted support several times and received an answer that they will be sent after 2-3 weeks, but nothing has arrived. Contacted them again and they said it will arrive after 24-48 hours, but you guess, nothing has arrived. Later they said they have problem with synchronization and I have asked for other (Kitteh) coins which also has been delisted and after that I didn't received an answer.

They also lost my HTML coins, they could not find transaction ID "Invalid or non-wallet transaction id".

We are all SCAM-ed!
