I have outstanding support issue. I cannot open ticket., I have been very patient since the issue is now over 2 months old. It is regarding withdraw of btc from c-cex exchange that did not go through yet balance was reduced with no txid created. Have not been able to open suppor ticket since that day.

You serious? Over two months of this crap and you still don't think we've been scammed?
Who would ever be stupid enough to trust this exchange again?
I didn't realize what he was pulling and I exchanged for BTC and sold right away while I could get out. I didn't realize that exchanging a junk coin for xvg was legal and assumed it had the same value. He stole $1100 dollars from me. That's on me for expecting the guy to be ethical but others must be warned. I will pursue this legally and hopefully get the exchange shut down. An investigation needs to be performed to uncover what happened and hopefully prevent anyone else from being hurt in this way in the future.

We found an agreement, you don't have to sell like yesterday at 2 satoshi, people were panicking.
What agreement are you talking about ? buying a verge refund token for 10% of the price ? even if we put the sell price on normal rate it will never go through.. Or everybody missed the point
