In my opinion, the problem of poverty is a state problem that can not be solved instantly, it takes a long process of up to decades to reduce poverty. if the state cares then the first step is to change the financial system and improve education.

Nothing can end world's poverty but work and collaboration. Bitcoin is a tool to reach this goal, and we are lucky to have it at our disposal.

NO i don't think so it can.The question is how it can end the Poverty. Bitcoin isn't exist physically. Its only possible if we donate some amount of bitcoin but there's no services exist on internet who accept bitcoin in order to help poor peoples and end the Poverty. I can't say anything right now but maybe its possible in future.

With what you have said, how will it end poverty? Even in the future, it will not end poverty, but there is a chance that poor people might decrease. When a lot of people became rich, let's say because of bitcoin, they might consider making their own business, open up their own companies, and that needs people to be workers, that means a lot of job, so it won't end world poverty, but it will help it to decrease.
Yes, Bitcoin does have capacity of eliminating poverty from the face of earth forever if all the governments of the world join hand together for this purpose. Bitcoin is doing its job perfectly of turning unemployed people into employed ones by providing those jobs in the form of signature campaigns. It is also allowing people to establish their own businesses by the profit they are getting from bitcoin holding.

I think it will be difficult to end world poverty, even if bitcoin can end world poverty, everyone should understand and be able to run bitcoin, whereas now people who run bitcoin are people who understand the internet and can buy quotas to use bitcoin ...

Its easy to persuade other all that you should do is invite them in some faucet tell them to experience then when they earn try topurchase that satoshi to them so they will have confidence in you.We can also try to provide them bitcoin already then let them know to pay that whenever you earn here in bitcoin. When they not already convince here simply because very first talk associated with a person this bitcoin is rip-off so try to invite them in no commit

I think that btc and also so many other assets can end the world poverty but the question must be whether rich and governments want to end it, if it ends than control can be so hard.

No one can remove poverty even bitcoin it cant remove poverty in this world and bitcoin is not a magician even the government many administration surpassed but they cannot stop poverty so that bitcoin also. because poverty is existing because if you cannot educate the poor people on how bitcoin works and how they earn in this kind of cryptocurrency of course they didnt know how they get an income.

Bitcoin is GOD

my opinion, maybe not.
Because, reducing poverty not only recognize bitcoin alone.
But there must be cooperation between state governments.
Not going to happen every country has their own agenda, the rich countries love there are poor countries since they can buy their materials with pieces pf paper while they receive real utility from the things they buy besides they get the most brilliant people around the world in their countries since those countries cannot employ their bright minds, so nothing is going to change because poverty is part of the design.
it possible that bitcoin end the world poverty but we have to first facilitate the poor people with the education and then with technology after getting education and technology they can remover their poverty with bitcoin because bitcoin has many opportunities that can make them rich also, and thus bitcoin will be able to end the poverty from the globe
But how many people that are poor are going to be able to take the oportunity and make money with bitcoin? You need almost 12k just to get a bitcoin, that is more than the salary that many people around the world get in a full year, bitcoin can be used by anyone, but the opportunity to become rich with it, it is only for those that know how to make some bitcoin or the ones that can afford bitcoin at those huge prices.

I think it can reduce poverty but thinking that it will remove  or end world poverty. Bitcoin has a tremendous potential that it can do anything and can take the world anywhere.  But talking about end of World poverty.  Bitcoin has the potential to change the world economy and paper currency but it is to hard to believe or to imagine that it will end world poverty.  As bitcoins is a virtual currency concept. It is only benefit those who own them,  so for buying bitcoin you need a investment and that investment is only done by a stable person no poor can do that.  So I think bitcoin will only make rich richer but not to poor.  It may gives and increase the employment and may reduce unemployment but ending poverty is not possible.

bitcoin could reduce world poverty. But to end the poverty in the world equally, i don't think bitcoin could achieve that. Because its too complex to clear for bitcoin right now. #CMIIW

In my opinion, bitcoin will not be able to end world poverty, because bitcoin is created for capable people. Bitcoin can not be owned by everyone and bitcoin supply is also limited, seeing from all that, then bitcoin will not be able to eradicate world poverty.

No, it cannot. It is the currency and the system that brings more profit for those who have their great funds and capital already.

Bitcoin is not some magic method to rid the world of poverty. It is just a cryptocurrency.many people really achieve there dreams to be rich because of using bitcoin, maybe bitcoin can really end the world poverty if they will use bitcoin for an income or a job. It will not fully. But maybe partial.
I think, if the government focuses on the use of bitcoin for the less fortunate, it could happen. in fact, bitcoin has a high degree of authority in that case if best used by the government.

Already Bitcoin is doing its part in ending the global poverty. Thousands of people earn money from the signature campaigns here in Bitcointalk. And many thousands of people are employed by the hundreds of crypto-exchanges around the world, in addition to those thousands of traders who earn a living by buying and selling Bitcoins

Most people living in the world will probably never hear or atleast be able to use/acquire bitcoins before they die. Even if bitcoin is used for ending poverty,  it will have to be the duty of governments and banks,  you know,  central bodies.

nope but i think it will just decrease the rate of poverty because bitcoin is universal, anybody can earn from it which is good because many people are unable to find a job because of some circumstances and it'll actually be a big help to them, earning from bitcoin.
Bitcoin cannot end the world poverty, it's the government who can help, ways to earn by using in bitcoin like investing and trading is not advisable to the poor people whose priority is to work hard for food, they cannot take this risk because they cannot afford. When  the government will support bitocin and bitcoin will be integrated in big businesses then maybe it could help the poor by creating jobs but definitely not gonna end poverty.

I do not think poverty is because people do not want to change their destiny, most poor people are educational factors, if their education is low it will be difficult to improve their lives. education is an important factor to change poverty.
Education is not enough, most of the time there are not opportunities to use that education in a poor country, and the opportunities are getting harder and harder to come by, since there is more educated people every year and they are all competing for all the same jobs, so as you can see reducing poverty is not as simple, this is why it has been with us for such a long time.
