I dont think so but it can help poor people that can have atleast an extra income but not the country itself. You only need is a phone and a data. You dont need to invest coz you can earn btc without investing.
When a citizen gets his life improved by using bitcoin, a country will definitely get benefits of it. One simple reason must be due to per capita improvement.

Bitcoin has all the potential to offer many different way of earning opportunities that too without any initial investments. Bitcoin could help poor countries in many practical ways, lets wait those to happen like bitcoin bringing revolution to this world.
Yes, a country is nothing but its citizens. Innovating new business for bitcoin ecosystem will help any countryman could bring new lifestyle to his folks.
I too do see, lot of opportunities to innovate new business based on bitcoin system that may result in supporting many lives. Other than this, simple freelancing way of earning will definitely help any poor country citizen.

Can Bitcoin or any other altcoin help poor countries?
how? what can be done?
Yeah I do not think that it would be possible for bitcoin to be helping whole countries because if the countries cannot even help themselves then how is Bitcoin going to do it.
I do think that it is possible for Bitcoin to help parts of the countries.

I think bitcoin could help poor countries most likely cause bitcoin has made alot of new jobs if you look at it from another perspective.
Creating jobs is what helps alot of countries so yes i think it has the potential to help.

Creating jobs is one thing and financial stability is another thing. The revenue the company earns should be enough to supply the employees and the future development. That is more easier done on fiat simply because it is accepted everywhere. Its difficult for bitcoin to take that position but it can happen if and only if the governments start to adopt it properly.
But the jobs bitcoin hasnt created are limited and wont be able to help all the people from the poor countries at all, sure some people may find at signature or at bitcoin a safe way to survive, then the real job offers they might get there. Besides that they will need to exchange and trust into someone outside their country since its hard to believe someone with money will echange bitcoin into fiat.

i do believe most government around the world wouldn't adopt bitcoin in their economy and banking system. as most of them just think about how bad side bitcoin used out there and then they playing with the media , spread false things. hard to cooperate with them , so nothing so much bitcoin can do to help poor countries developing at least for now.

Bitcoin could help poor countries but I wouldn't know in what way I think in a lot of ways you can help poor countries.
Even just setting up a sponsored by bitcoin fundraiser could help for example I am not so creative with these things.

on the other hand it has the potential to destroy many jobs. people involved in traditional financing. if bitcoin changes the world then banks and people working for them will lose jobs.
thats relatively correct if this would happen it will break the chain, but looking on the brighter side creating online jobs would help poor country to earn.

I don't think bitcoin have created a lot of new jobs if you talk about under developing poor countries because many of them even don't know what is bitcoin. However bitcoin can help them in a sense that if they start storing their wealth in bitcoin than they will soon realize that bitcoin is like safer investment plan than investing in their local banks where interest rates are almost zero.

the main thing is that people expect too much from bitcoin. they think it can directly solve this and that problem, while in fact it can never be solved with the governments being corrupt. that aside, poor people will not put their money into something that they might have no access to. think at them not having internet, no smartphone, etc. it's not as easy as it may seem. these people have other things to worry about.

yes definitely bitcoin could help poor country but they should be brave enough, if the country is brave then they might become victim of scammers and thieves. by trading with bitcoin they could definitely make huge money and bitcoin will help small country because it will have less population and so their economy would rise up.

Can Bitcoin or any other altcoin help poor countries?
how? what can be done?
According To Me Bitcoin Can Solve Problems Of Poor Countries Because In Poor Countries Making Money is Hard And If The People Of Poor Countries Starts Using Bitcoin or Other Altcoins Then the People Can Start Making Money....
But Its Only Possible If the People Of Poor Countries Have Some Knowledge Of Bitcoin Or Someone Give Them The Knowledge...

Well, they not really need knowledge, a saw a guy here with a altcoin about donation, they donate part of money to institutions wich help people, like water institutions and things like that.

fact is: a lot of people just want make money over here.

Only can applied for a developed country but can't applied in poor countries.

How those people in the poor country will get their life improved if by any means they didn't have a chance to access any bitcoin related works? Fiat currency can't help them in some of the matters so how much more in bitcoin.

Most of the poor countries do not have people connected to internet so I don't see how bitcoin will help those people. But if they are connected to the web and are educated about bitcoin, then we expect bitcoin to contribute to their growth as people can earn bitcoin by doing various tasks online.
They can also buy bitcoins as keep it as an investment for future to benefit from the price appreciation.

These people already struggle to feed their family on a daily basis, so how do you expect them to invest money that they barely have in Bitcoin? Feeding the family is on the first place at all times.
LOL that's true, investing with uncertain result will get them even worse even without investing they're already having struggle for feeding themselves so encouraging them to earn profit from the price unstability would be a bad idea and also, they can lost suddenly at any time

I think that in countries like Zimbabwe where the currency is extremely weak, Bitcoin could definitely turn into their national currency. I am pretty sure that they use the US dollar in Zimbabwe and I think they deserve their own currency.

Or even if they don't want to use it as their own currency but they can atleast increase the amount of money they have, though a poor country is economically poor but i think every country would have internet connections and computers as well which are the only things needed for getting into the world of bitcoin and learning how to use it or earn it.
