I cannot trust any new IEO listing on new exchange. For me, I have believed that "They've got nothing to offer". If an IEO really got potentials, they won't ever decide on listing their IEO on a crappy new exchanges. Well, I have come to believe that some projects may lack adequate funds. Hence listing their IEO on these new exchanges maybe inevitable for them.

If you are a risk taker then it doesn't matter whether it is a new exchange or a top exchange but if you are only talking about the return of investment then it will be best that you should invest in IEO's that were launch by trusted exchanges as the risk is low and you have big chances to gain a profit.

Not all the low prices will gain a momentum in the end, sometimes it will turn to dust therefore price is not a good basis if you like to invest.

I think being a risk taker and trying new exchange should set aside for now, we should do what is proven, and using trusted exchanges is much better to participate when it comes to IEO. Trying new exchange might lead us to become a victim of scam.

Putting a 100% trust in a project is risky because there is no strict rule or body which run checks on these projects to come out with their authenticity and capabilities of becoming successful. In order to ascertain the prospects of a project, the investor must perform a personal study on the project. Hence, no IEO on a new exchange or old exchange can be trusted fully although IEOs hosted on old yet tier 1 exchanges like Binance looks promising.

I always read this and it's really important not to quickly judge project not because it was an IEO offerings already have a good chance to sell right away, not because of there's exchange, remember new exchange don't have traders yet so who's going to buy? developers and exchange owners are both going to look for profits and not to bring buy orders.

Be aware that with market type's like this, you need to protect your money from many scamming activities around.

If you are a risk taker then it doesn't matter whether it is a new exchange or a top exchange but if you are only talking about the return of investment then it will be best that you should invest in IEO's that were launch by trusted exchanges as the risk is low and you have big chances to gain a profit.

It's better to avoid it because there is still not much trust in the Exchange and there is also no track record of success on IEO. you only need to look at the current market to see that some exchanges themselves have problems and are also indicated to be a scam because they promote IEO scams when they are listed. don't make a stupid decision by choosing it

Starting from the first obvious fact that it's not advisable to trust new exchanges with large funds until they have been confirmed to be legit, then when it pertains to an IEO in a new exchange, we know that normally, when an IEO is concluded in an exchange, they are usually entitled to list that project's token in their exchange after the IEO, but I have seen a couple of new exchanges that would host an IEO in their exchange and won't list the tokens afterwards and sometimes this projects exit scams after their IEOs anyways, I have seen it happen twice and investors are left holding some useless tokens, if you must invest in an IEO, do it in a reputable exchange because they tend to research any project the aim to list in their exchange.

IEO in new exchanged? this is something I don't like. even now I'm not too interested in IEO.
in my experience, new exchanges are more risky, than old ones. the reason is easy, first they don't have trading volume. so who will buy? if the exchange doesn't even have many users. second, reputation issues, many old exchanges have quite good reputations. but not very successful when organizing IEO. then you want to hope for a new exchange?. think again, if you don't want to lose in the future.

Why you ask such questions when you know for yourself what the answer is. This idea is extremely risky and surely your invesment will be lost especially if this exchange has not yet gained the trust of traders.
There are many reputable exchanges that run IEOs that are more legit and here you have to invest.

New IEO with new exchange is not my destination because less investor interested with new exchange, almost investor have their own exchange for listing which one new IEO can listed with market, many exchange market listed with new IEO coin but just the same exchange market only have many investor to buy IEO coin for investing.

No do not trust IEO from new exchanges, they might have built that new exchange to scam people all in the name of IEO investment, now scammers are more desperate that they even have large team of scammers and bounty managers

Usually people also more suspicious against that kind of offering like IEO from a new exchanges even worse if they are offering massive deal like giving extra 60% token which is pretty ridiculous and an obvious money grabber.
Rather than making IEO on a new exchange it's definitely better for a project to create their own ICO and at the same time gaining trust by presenting all the legitimacy they have like being approved by the government and many more.

Would be better to just list it to reputable exchanges, even though the idea is good of your ICO but with shit exchanges, they are nothing.

My advice is you shouldn't trust this kind of so called IEO which to be listed on unknown exchanges, because it was a bad experience. That time I participated with their offering, huge price promises is only frustrating after trading was launched. Indeed it was seriously very low and I think price is too hard to grow, due to few traders invested on their coins.

I would not recommend investing in companies that conduct IEOs on new or little-known cryptocurrency exchanges, because in 99% of cases these companies will not collect anything and these cryptocurrency exchanges cheating with the volume in 99% of cases and usually only bots trade on these exchanges and therefore it is better to avoid such exchanges.

Putting your money into IEO where it takes place on a new exchange is gambling with only a 20% win percentage. In IEO on well-known exchanges, you can suffer losses too. The problem is how far you look for sources for the project. Is it possible for the long term, or only limited to IEO and then die a few months later. Yes, IEO promises great benefits, but it can be obtained if you really have done a series of research on the project.

without reputation the new exchange needs to be carried out in more detailed research. but for me it is better to choose an IEO with a trusted exchange and attract many investors to make a profit as long as there is an IEO held on that exchange. you should avoid risk in this business

Still, we should consider on which exchange they are in, don't just invest in any IEO, as those exchange who has less reputation are just accepting any IEO application without further investigation, so it is really hard to assume that they are legit, so better to choose the right exchange with high reputation.

I think you must observe due diligence while investing IEO in new exchange since it might be ending up with unfortunate incidents or maybe scams, Be sure to invest only in a trusted exchange to be safe.

I'm also agree with the other people already replied here. Yeah, this is risky to invest new exchange. You should know more about them before investing your valuable money. Spend your time in order to gather data about them. Read some good reviews and positive feedback. But if you are still eager to invest your money then not a big amount. You can minimize the risk investing a little bit of money. I recently read this article crypto exchange from a blog. This one at least will help you to get idea. Thanks!
