Sure, because i invest in IEO not in new exchangers but i invest in exchangers that are already trusted and have a large trading volume. Before investing in IEO, i also analyze whether the project is good or not and i have to be able to get profit when i join IEO

Investing in such is not risky. What is risky is you, not doing your research assignment properly on the token you want to invest in before you forge ahead. You should read their whitepapers, their team and check the background of the ream members and their authenticity.
With the way the IEO market presently is,, you cannot even trust IEOs on old and reputable platforms talkless of a new exchange platform, IEOs are going out of fashion right now and we don't know what would replace it yet.
You never could trust them in the past, so if you made the mistake of trusting them before,,, then please learn your lesson. If it is a central company, their whole idea is to make profit. They do not care 1 inch about you, so they will use you.
Stop letting them use you, stop supporting IEOs.
I will advice you to be careful if you want to invest into an IEO especially on new exchange because it can be very dangerous to do so. It is better to go with exchange that you already know about intead of new exchange.
What you need to know is never to doubt your decision. Because it can end so well and according to what you expect, we all know that a new company needs time to be the best and be known by many people. Your task is only to do research on the exchange to find out how much credibility, capability and transparency they have, and the second point that is no less important is that you also have to research about the project that holds IEO on the exchange. I honestly do not know how IEO works. I doubt I have ever seen IEO projects before aside from those on forum members signature. but I will suggest you invest in those on reputable exchanges. However, if you want to take risk on new exchanges that is up to you. Just don't invest what you can't afford to lose.

actually it's up to you, but usually people who still think doubtful like you should be able to do a manual check on team information and see the type of project concept, whether it can survive after IEO is finished or will disappear after IEO is finished.my suggestion, if you are already doubting IEO in the new exchange market, it's better not to invest. your instincts have said that you will experience a loss if you continue to invest.

Its better to do research on the new exchange first, make sure the source of your research is very good and do not invest more than you can afford to lose because there is a higher chance of losing, but for safer invest its better to go for big exchanges
The risk is high if the IEO would be conducted on a new exchange, why choose a new exchange if there's a trusted exchange like binance? Better participate on trusted exchanges, don't risk on new exchanges especially with IEO you may end up getting rekt.

Since new exchange platforms have low reputation level, it is good to research very well into these new exchanges in order to ascertain their authenticity. After knowing the authenticity of the exchange, it is also equally good to study the IEO before joining. It might have more risk compared when an IEO is done in a known exchange since most established exchange have high standards before a project can conduct an IEO on their platform. Just assure that you have done your research before investing in an IEO, the project it self is your focus not where the IEO will take place.
One day, all exchanges were new, no exchange start old, or become popular in few days, think about the project do not focus about the exchange, all you need to focus about the exchanges the liquidity, if it is too low stay way of it.
I personally do not believe that IEO is listed on the new Exchange, moreover only has a low volume, most will fail. It's better to secure your assets by investing in IEO which listings on popular Exchange like Binance and Okex. Many IEO projects were carried out there and were successful.

it depends on the exchange that does IEO. if it has a decent volume I think it's good too. at the very least they do not have a bad reputation for the exchange trade. if there is already a problem and a bad reputation it's better not to believe it.
Volume could easily be manipulated, most of the shady exchanges always claiming that they have large volume but in reality it's just a bot and people rarely trades there. Any shady exchanges will always find a way to trick users anyway so joining an IEO from a rather relatively new exchange is always discouraged.People should realize that the sole purpose of IEO is to reduce the scam attempt that happening a lot in ICO and that's why only trust a well known platform and just blindly throwing your money into such nonsense called new exchange that host IEO after immediately went public which is obvious that they only want money.

IEOs have gained popularity in the market that it will be normal if there will be news about scams will rise. I believe that it is better to be safe thab sorry so, before you choose to invest in a new exchange, I hope you have done your assignment very well. Learning from your mistakes is one, but it will be financially better to learn from other's mistakes. My advice is to wait first before I can determine that the new exchange will be worth the time, effort and funds.
