I would say no, not at first. Later on yes perhaps. At first, I would rather wait for others to take the leap and experiment and then see how it goes from there. If it looks good and they are reputable and ran their bounty and their campaigns well then I will be inclined to use them in the future. If they mess up then I will probably write them off altogether unless they do something radical to reclaim themselves.

in my opinion investing in new exchanges is very risky. it could be a fake exchange and the price of the token offered is also low the possibility of it being a scam. You will lose your money if you invest in a new exchange. it's better to choose a market that is already well known and has a good and trusted reputation.
I never had experiencing new IEO listed in a new exchange made a threefold gains in its price during the sale. It return to loss the money that you invested for because of a trading volume that mostly dump into the lowest price until it can not easily recover it anymore.
It's better not to do it because it has a high risk if we invest in IEO in a new stock exchange. this is in my view the new stock exchange is still not very well known and trust is also still not so much that we ourselves take into account all aspects to be able to assess whether the IEO that will be carried out will be successful or not?

There is always a risk in investing be it IEO or ICO or established cryptocurrencies. Before you invest, don't ask us, look for references and research about the project before you decide. The famous quote of "Buying low, sell high" has always been effective.

I personally only prefer to join IEO at Huobi and Binance because these are two exchanges with lots of good projects and whales tend to pump in order to profit from new IEO projects.

why would a new exchange want to venture into IEO? They should at the least try to engage large user but sadly everyone wants to have the share of the cake on big fund in cryptocurrency, they dont care and are ready to deceive everyone. The space had already made it difficult for any new exchange to thrive with the present condition.

Which new exchange you are talking about it i don’t know, because you have to mention it. Otherwise it’s very difficult to recommend your desired exchange. New exchange is too much risky for the IEO investment. A lot of reliable exchanges are failed in IEO launchpad. Exchanges is really a big deal in IEO projects so you will never expect good thing from new exchanges project. There are no chances to success. 
In this case, it all depends not so much on how young the exchange is, but on how rich it is.

I do not think that IEO on the new exchange can be successful. You forget about the competition, which is already in full swing between exchanges. The new exchange must first obtain a sufficient number of users, and then their trust. Of course, successful IEOs are needed for this, but where can I get them? I would not have hoped for IEO conducted on new exchanges. If you want to really get the result, then you need to study IEOs passing on large and well-known exchanges.
