That cause the delay or postponement of the ico which is only good to arise when the ico was still not yet concluded because we are the one's who will suffer and wait for that long if it will be the same process in before and after raisng the money from crowdsale. Just wait for the team to resolve the legalizing of this casper api before anything else. Why was not permission given?
