yep, in fact i just reimported the last djm/VTC version with a lot of cleanup (but no real code changes). I didnt had the time/patience before (sp and klaus already did that)

its much better on linux, but windows results are weird... well actually i only have the pascal cards on my dev machine and its a pain to compare Wink

980ti 190 W, linux

Ok great! I will compile with 8 and see what changes. Thanks!

Were you always getting 632? Did you check your core clock? Restart machine, etc, etc.? Need more info.

Hi!

I have a problem to mining a neoscrypt FTC on coinotron , i have windows 10 x64 home edition and nvidia gtx 980 with last driver .

For program use this:

http://cryptomining-blog.com/6450-new-ccminer-fork-from-djm34-with-faster-neoscrypt/

My .bat is :

ccminer-65 -a neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://coinotron.com:3337 -u my user -p my pass

But my hashrate is too low , only 180 kh/s , but i see the hashrate with gtx 980 is 632 kh/s .

Help ? .

Excellent job on your commit today for Neoscrypt, its working great!

725 kh/s on 1080 from around 197 prior Smiley

Can you point to the version you are using - want to check 1070 - can you give the link?

There is no optimization to do on pascal yet, its almost the same hardware, reduced in size Wink

Maybe the next cuda versions will show some hidden functions, but im not confident about that

it looks like you are right since benchmark shows 50-70% improvement over a 970, which is what we are getting already on all algo

from who sp? you should get that with the djm34 version

No, from tpruvot's 1.8. Isn't the latest version from djm34 from January?

So there is no advantage to compile with CUDA 8 at the moment?

lyra2v2 is better with 1xxx than maxwell, a single 1070 can do 41MH versus private mod of sp which is only 37MH for a 980ti

on neoscrypt also, a 980ti can do only 1MH, a 1070 can do 1150khs with +200 core and 1250khs with +400 on the core

and this without any optimization for pascal

Zpool.ca is mining 6 skein algo coins and the pool hashrate is 15.3GHASH

Digibyte (skein)   998.016 DGB   754.86   2 685 541   3 mins   13 Gh/s   0.0141
Aurora (skein)   2.5 AUR   1.234 k   327 574   6 mins   472.9 Mh/s   0.0104
Myriad (skein)   500 MYR   787.055   1 718 265   4 mins      0.0055
Skein (skein)   4 SKC   1.08   916 662   0 sec      0.0043
Xedos (skein)   10 XDC   1.038   871 351   0 sec      0.0037
Rich (skein)   4 RICHX   63.04   295 016   20 secs      0.0025

Supported by MCAP:

Digibyte ($ 2,310,867)
Auroracoin ($ 1,359,608)
Myriadcoin ($ 527,532 )

etc

Too bad none of those are optimized for 1XXX series. Time to suck it up and buy Pascal if you're really interested in continuing to sell your work. Skein results on a 970 compared to 1070 are completely off.

skein is not on par with lyra2v2 and neos, it's around 0.013 btc with 1300MH with the same speed i can do 0.018 on neos

on skein one 970 is doing 220MH not sure about your private, how much it is, but even at 300MH, it would be at best on par with neos, and i doubt your private is doing 300MH on a single 970

Here is todays snap:

Top 3 is:

skein
groestl
x17

None of them can be mined @ nicehash.com and all of them have been optimized for the 750ti in sp-mod #7 (0.1 BTC)

Skein@zpool is 54% more profitable than the best nicehash algo wich is lyra2v2 (nicehashminer)

actually it's not true, siacoin is more profitable if you have a proper big farm that will let you find block more easy

Here is todays snap

The profit didn't drop. it is +10% from yesterday

zpool with sp-mod #7 is on todays snapshot 30% more profitable than the nichashminer.
Sorry... what meant is by putting on the thread the pool...like saying a coin is doing the best...then everyone runs to that coin and profits die because it is a multipool.  Wink

Now saying  sp-mod #7 is doing good and listing the hashrates is a different story.
sp-mod #7 is doing good.... yes.  Smiley  thx

There isn't anything secret there dude. Zpool is not unheard of, the top profiting coins are all on Whattomine which tons of people know about. Lyra/Mona is not secret news.

so sp you have embraced the private pattern also? are you going to support pascal at least for some algo?
