After my verification failed (incorrect format of me holding my cards) they were very prompt to answer my emails and refund the purchase so I have to commend them on the excellent customer service. It would be nice to know when making a purchase though it might take a bit of time to be able to do it.

CEX.io probably want the same, it's in their best interest to quickly process transactions. But there are strict regulations for money handling businesses (and high risk of fraud) and they need to comply with them.
I agree, but is it not at least good customer service to let your loyal customers know why their product is delayed? I feel that is one of the points sadly missing from BTC CS.

From what I understand, it takes a bit longer first time you use your credit card as they need to verify your details. Should be faster later on.

It's nice, but @cex.io for the last 24 hours my hash is not showing up on ghash.io and my miners are running fine. I even took them down and pointed them on another pool for a few minutes to check. Miners work fine, so apparently I have been mining for free for a day.
Fix this please, I have been debating on whether or not to keep mining there and this is unacceptable. Especially since I am technically losing money since cloud mining is nil.

cex.io trades in some of the altcoins,
but please tell me How to get a coin like Smartcoin SMC to be accepted for trading on cex.io ?

I like most everything you are doing with CEX.io and congratulations on the 400K users that is a lot. Only feature request is to re-enable trading smaller amounts (raise the minimums).

I am sure I speak for many when I say we'd love for you all to bring back some semblance of cloud hashing, be it SHA, Scrypt, or Multi. I have little reason to continue using the cex platform for mining with my own equipment anymore, as I used to reinvest some of the profits in this manner. While I do love the site and trade platform, the single week of 0% trade was not enough to keep me interested. Trading GH/s was the primary reason I liked the site, so again, without that I don't know why we should bother?
Thanks for your feedback. We understand you — we will be happy ourselves to make cloud mining and GHS trading a big part of our platform again. We are looking for the possible solutions.
A big thing right now for some is the ability to purchase with a credit card. I know that Coinbase has this feature but they only accept Visa, which is a downside for me. There are other features that you may not be looking into because you don't necessarily need to. I agree with the loss due to the shut off, but people are making money on high and low selling on the exchange which is relatively easy to utilize.

Currently, we have the following deposit options: payment card, bank transfer, SEPA (for the EU countries), and Skrill.

Meh trading there makes no sense until they fix that as coinpr0n said. I still chug along on the multipool with spare hash, but have stopped any other trade there for now.

At this point my Ghs balance is 0.36896942, my BTC balance -0.00001499 but selling is only possible with 1 Ghs or up, so I am safe to conclude that I can write CEX.IO off 
As Satoshi said, "Lost coins only make everyone else’s coins worth slightly more. Think of it as a donation to everyone." No, but seriously those minimum trade amounts have got to be fixed.
