Its been a long time of inactivity from the OP in this thread, not really sure why but it seems that they have decided to take this forum as non priority place to advertise. They have done it in their 1st year by some promos and campaign, perhaps they are now focusing in other places. They may come back again to be active in this community later, lets see.

I am guessing that they found customers from another place and that is why they are not looking at here. What we need to realize is that if people constantly do marketing to bitcointalk then they could find some whales, and it has happened before and I believe that it would be a smart decision to do so.

However there are also websites that go on for years without bitcointalk as well, twitter for example is filled with crypto people and if you focus your marketing there then you would make a good income anyway. That is of course is just a guess, not all of them would be the same and some stay here and chat and they end up getting whales from bitcointalk as well.

Yes, I have a account on them when they started and I would say it's good design and I won some on their casinos. But now I'm not longer active on their platform though, not that I didn't find them attractive or I have a bad experience, I guess it's more on a lot of competition and new platforms that I want to explore as well.

And as you have said, time fly so very fast that it's already 2 years since they make this name in this community. This event really indicates that they are still very strong, despite a lot of new online casino and old one in this very niche market. Maybe I will revisit them again one of this days.

Their vault system in which they share their dividends is one of the most interesting things about the site but I never really explored it as I found other sites that have a similar system more interesting. In the beginning chips also only had 1 in-house game and these are the games I mostly play on in casinos.

True. Every business owner has a different approach to market research. There are many casinos in this forum who have been marketing for a long time and they are definitely getting the results they expected, because if they didn't get good results, they wouldn't have spent money in marketing here. Making any casino popular is not an easy task, so I think it can be done with long term marketing. So if they are getting good results from somewhere else then let them do it, So if they got good results from somewhere else then let them do it, because all companies business policy is not same.

Just like on what Hamphser said that spending money on something which isn't really that giving good results would really be a dumb action to be taken for any company.Minimizing expenses as much as possible for any business out there since it do talk about budget allocation which is no joke specially with marketing.

Well lets congratulate them first for their 2nd anniversary. Even though I'm not active player in Chips (made 1 deposit only if I can remember it correctly) but I also received the same email about 20% rakeback boost, so it must be for all registered players.

Are you referring to the bonus I shared previously, a reload bonus that gave me $1 per day for 7 days?
Based on some other users, they did not receive it as well even though their accounts are older than mine.
I guess it is a random bonus for existing players but not all users receive it and I think there must be some requirements.
Chips do not give free bonuses for new players, you cant complain it because every site has their own way to give bonus.
How new is your account? Have you made deposit(s) and wagered some amount of money?
