We agree with your assessment that the primary goal of the signature campaign was to establish brand recognition for Chips.gg. Re-engaging with the forum now indicates the campaign had value in boosting the brand, and we see the potential for further growth by maintaining visibility in the competitive crypto casino space.
You have a good manager for your project, and he has in his experience selected the best candidates that can help achieve the goal of the Chips.gg team, so be rest assured of success.

Of course Little Mouse is one of the best campaign managers who already has a lot of experience on the forum as a marketing manager, he will definitely give his best to expand the exposure of this casino by recruiting very potential members.

But in my personal analysis of how the competition is currently very tight on the forum, even the best campaign manager and great marketer participants will not work if the marketing is done briefly, I see good developments such as Stake.com, Duelbits, Rollbits, Robbet, Shuffle and Sportsbet it is because they have a long period of time in marketing on the forum, and that is the most determining success for marketing success.

I agree with your analysis short-term marketing won’t sustain long-term growth, especially with tight competition from well-established platforms. A prolonged marketing strategy is essential to remain competitive in this ever-growing crypto casino market.

It's good that you as part of the management in your casino know this because there are so many casino who just come and run a signature campaign marketing here in the community for a month or so and expect their service to blow up which is never gonna happen even if they have all the exquisite offers and bonuses and other promotions. Marketing a service here is strictly based on confidence because gambler and other consumer of your service would want to feel that safeness in using your service before anything and long term marketing is just a way to achieve this just like the casino am promoting and so many more here in the community.

I do hope you, your casino is fully equipped for long term marketing because you have already being here since and trying to come back in reinstating your reliability to gambler, that would need long term marketing to rebuild the trust and confidence.

The Future Of Cryptocurrency Gambling
I don't think the evaluation of previous campaigns is what encouraged them to continue advertising here on the forum. Quite the opposite, because the campaign stopped a long time ago and most likely it was not as successful as expected or that it served its intended purpose considering that the casino was new and needed to be presented to the community as a good and reliable example. The more logical reason is the increased competition in the crypto-based gambling market, which made the platforms compete to get the largest number of users and that is why we see how the number of advertising campaigns has increased, especially the forum signature campaigns.
Sometimes it depends on the budget since running a signature campaign can be expensive, but if it brings good results, it’s worth it. There are also plenty of other ways to promote a casino, so it might just be a matter of priority. Still, it’s great to see them back on the forum because there’s nothing quite like having an ANN thread here with a running signature campaign. It helps keep the ANN thread active, making it easier for potential gamblers to notice.

I still think that chips.gg launched the signature campaign just to establish the brand in people's minds since it coincided with the first period after the launch of the platform. After a few months in which chips.gg secured a good reputation, they were satisfied with that amount of campaign costs and stopped it. I rule out that the reason was the high cost of the campaign and I doubt that they just dispensed with it after securing a good position. I also rule out that the campaign did not achieve the desired results, otherwise they would not have thought today of returning to using the forum and its campaigns to compete with the rest of the casinos.

Running a signature campaign is a very important marketing tool for crypto casinos. It helps build community trust and brand awareness, thus attracting more users. By engaging with the crypto community, casinos can boost their reputation and improve their search engine rankings.

It's all about visibility... that's the essence of marketing, to be visible in as many places as possible and as often as possible. When we look at the biggest businesses (not only the gambling ones) they are everywhere, they offer a lot and attract people in many ways... if you are not visible it is the same as if you are not there, you do not exist.

Chips under the new management decided to work on it and that's why they are here again, new signature campaign, promotions... they do what other casinos do. They try to be more visible and attract the attention of gamblers.

I get it, it's just basic logic. The popular crypto casinos usually have signature campaigns here on the forum. Some examples are Duelbits, which had a very long-term campaign, Roobet, Rollbit, and Metawin. So even without deep analysis, you can already tell what it means.....if they have exposure on the forum, their market will grow, which translates into more income.

It’s always a win-win if it succeeds; otherwise, those long-term campaigns I mentioned would have stopped a long time ago. If a casino doesn’t have enough budget, they might give up in just a week. The results aren’t instant, so a casino should have enough budget to run a campaign for at least a month.

They need to remember that there's a lot of reputable exist on the market and they are doing good so far then continue to deliver a good quality platform since day one to their gamblers. If they rely only on how long they operate for sure people will not care about it, since what matter the most is their site support activeness and those promotions they could able to offer to their players. If they don't have this important aspect to make people decide to stay then provably that they will fall and sleep for many month or years again.
We are going to be off-topic and mislead readers, make them confusing here.

I know that you are talking about other platforms which destroy their long operations and good reputation by poor customer support recently, but if a random reader reads this post, he can think we're discussing about Chips.gg. So to avoid that confusion to happen, I would like to stop the discussion on this issue here. Because many people don't read all the thread or all posts, they simply do skimming and scanning, and with this method they might miss the discussion flow.

Let me confirm, my opinion on Chips.gg team. They're very professional from the past to the present, that's it.

I noticed a trend that some platforms have terrible customer support lately. Either the platform got too big (the number of users increased) while the support agents stayed the same, or the business decided not to dismiss some workers to save cost.
They probably thought that their platforms are very old, trusted and too big to fall. They are wrong because this cryptocurrency gambling industry is very competitive and reputation of a platform needs a long time for building but it can be destroyed very easily and quickly. In addition, with high competitiveness in this industry, if a platform no longer provides good services to users, it will lose many users to other competitive platforms. Users when leaving, will almost not return to a platform with which they had bad experience and no longer trust it.

But so far they are doing good. Its good start to run a marketing campaign again, maybe they might think again adding some other activities that can able to attract people to have fun in their casino.

Lots of efforts needed to do since there are lots of casino running in bitcointalk so creating lots of gimmicks to attract user is really important to stay in the game.

Hopefully, Chips won't face the same issue in the future, especially if their customers increase. A slow response can affect a business's reputation heavily and that is difficult to recover from. CMIIW.
Chips.gg team did great things and to maintain a good platform from product developments, security, maintenance and customer support, there are many huge tasks that are not easily completed well.

I think you should take the time to review your post since I noticed a lot of typos, and some of your sentences are hard to understand. Regarding some countries being banned, I don't think casinos or other platforms limited by KYC/AML regulations can do much about it. Maybe they can try to lobby the government if their existence greatly affects that country's economy, otherwise, it doesn't seem worth it. Anyway, nothing is wrong with comparing one casino to the other to find which one gives the better user experience. That's the point of feedback/review.
I don't know what he wanted to tell to me. Yes, restriction of countries is the thing that needs to be resolved but that's common for every Curaçao licensed casino and almost every Bitcoin casino has a Curaçao license, it's like a standard in crypto industry and I acknowledge that. If I want to gamble, I have to use a VPN but that's against the rules, so I am not going to go against the rules, especially in case of Chips.gg that I promote.

If it is from the government, then why the government would interfere in a private business. I thought it is the casino's decision to restrict because of personal encountered and personal reasons for those countries. A country gamblers participating in a casino should not affect the economy of a country be t the casino company itself. And I think they pay tax so more revenue to the country.
Why do they interfere in a private business? Really? Then why does the government exist? To ensure fair rules and set regulations in different niches, protect its people and do what's the best for the country. There is a minimum salary in European countries, i.e. the government forces private businesses to pay at least the minimum salary. Is this bad? The government and the country have their own interests, there might be lots of reasons why some particular countries are restricted.

These platforms have another big difference, that is customer support. Chips.gg has better customer support while Freebitco.in recent months got massive complain on lack of customer supports.

I believe the reason is quite obvious. The government will always say that it was required to prevent money laundering, scams, etc. Your usual stuff. I believe the casino won't ask for your KYC details extensively unless you're suspected of cheating if there are no KYC/AML rules.

the campaign stopped a long time ago and most likely it was not as successful as expected or that it served its intended purpose considering that the casino was new and needed to be presented to the community as a good and reliable example.

Actually they had to stop their campaign for something else.
There was a guy who created a scam accusation against chips.gg while another manager was running the campaign. The community members leaves a negative feedback on chips.gg's profile and they were demanding chips.gg to share some information about the scam accusation. That player opened a case with a mediator Casino.guru and the player found guilty. It seems Chips.gg shared some sensitive information with the mediators which they cannot share on a public forum. But the good thing is, chips.gg proved themself right. Since they got negative feedback, they asked the campaign manager to pause the campaign.

A Quote from casino.guru

The casino had provided evidence showing consistent communication with the player and her continued use of the platform. We had concluded that the complaint system was misused and the player's claim of a blocked account was false. The complaint was therefore rejected.

Chips.gg and Freebitco are certainly very far comparison, Freebitco is very limited in the number of games compared to chips.gg which provides games from many providers, this casino is certainly an option because there are many things that can be obtained by players.
No longer playing in the chips after they were not active for some time, and it was good to see this casino again actively promoting but also how their representatives were active again in their thread.
They are two platforms with different launch years and Chips.gg is a younger platform than Freebitco.in that has one of oldest Bitcoin gambling platform as well as Bitcoin faucet.

They have differences in business development and we can easily see that Freebitco.in is very inactive and less serious with building and deploying new products and games for their users. It seems they satisfy with products they have and have no interest to deploy new ones, and in other words lack of adaptation to a very quickly changed industry. In contrast, Chips.gg team are very active with product developments and they are good at adaptation to new trends in cryptocurrency and gambling industries.

These platforms have another big difference, that is customer support. Chips.gg has better customer support while Freebitco.in recent months got massive complain on lack of customer supports.

Definitely once there are typos, the sentences became difficult to understand. Lolz probably I was high and didn't see all those numerous typos. Corrected. Bravo for the notification. Coming back to the restriction issue. If it is from the government, then why the government would interfere in a private business. If a comparison is made, you have to list out the difference so that the previous casino you have participated and picked out the fault would also fixed them and not only saying "this one is better than the other one", now if I may asked in what way? As for me I see sing praisers. We can praise our present participating casino and not to condemned the previous one.

Budget is something that the owner of the casino need to concern for promoting his casino. I remembered that Chips.gg already advertised  here on the forum but they close the campaign to evaluate what is the results. Maybe they now start a new thing from their site and they already develop something that we don't know so that will be a good time to re-promote their site again. It is good to see their site come here again and compete with the other casinos and I am sure they have something that can be their way to attract more members. Hopefully, they can get the better result than before.
