I believe the reason is quite obvious. The government will always say that it was required to prevent money laundering, scams, etc. Your usual stuff. I believe the casino won't ask for your KYC details extensively unless you're suspected of cheating if there are no KYC/AML rules.

Actually they had to stop their campaign for something else.
There was a guy who created a scam accusation against chips.gg while another manager was running the campaign. The community members leaves a negative feedback on chips.gg's profile and they were demanding chips.gg to share some information about the scam accusation. That player opened a case with a mediator Casino.guru and the player found guilty. It seems Chips.gg shared some sensitive information with the mediators which they cannot share on a public forum. But the good thing is, chips.gg proved themself right. Since they got negative feedback, they asked the campaign manager to pause the campaign.

Budget is something that the owner of the casino need to concern for promoting his casino.
