@claymore One of my systems has an AMD Pro Duo and I am getting invalid shares from GPU 1. It is not hot and not overclocked. Using Windows 7 64bit with crimson 16.9.2. I have reinstalled it a few times. Is there a setting in Claymore I can change that would effect this ? I am on 7.1.

It's a good idea to tell me how much % of shares are invalid, if it's <0.5% it's ok. If you want zero invalid shares - use "-the 2" option. If it does not help - something is wrong with your GPU.

100% of GPU 1 is invalid. Just did a test with a benchmark and there was a large amount of artefact. Must be device failure.

Just a suggestion but the remote manager really need a custom colour option. The White background is killing me. And if you do work on it please allow different text sizes as the font is crazy small on a 4K screen. Thanks for a great system though

Hello,

I have a problem when I overclock my six 480´s Sapphire 8Gb. I have 2 .bat´s, one with OC and another one with no OC. When I want to OC the cards I have to do this sequence:

- If I open the OC .bat, the cards run in the standard hashrate (25Mh/s) . I have to copy it to the "start folder" and reboot Windows 10.
- When Windows starts, it automatically runs the OC.bat but I get the standard hashrate again. I checked the file that was running was "OC.bat" in the top of the window.
- I have to copy the no OC.bat to the start folder and reboot Windows 10 and...voilá, I get the 27Mh/s.

If I have any problem and the Rig reboots it gets the standard hashrate again Sad

I have checked the config.txt and it´s empty and I´m using the v7.1. Any idea of what´s happening?

Thanks

EthDcrMiner64.exe -tt 65 -r 1 -mode 1 -cclock 1220,1220,1220,1220,1220,1220 -cvddc 920,920,920,920,920,920 -mclock 2250,2250,2250,2250,2250,2250 -mport 3856 -epool eth-eu.dwarfpool.com:8008 -ewal 0xxxxxxxxxx...

Sounds like you accidentally mixed up your OC and Non-OC .bat files with all your copying around...  Tongue

Seriously - if you start your OC .bat and it does not overclock you are really doing something wrong.
Claymore's settings usually override other utilities' settings, but check for running tools like afterburner and similar.
AMD Settings (Wattman) also keeps the values you set with CDM after the next reboot, until you set different ones. So even without your last step (copy), only with reboot, you should get the OC Speed. (Edit: at least before version 7.1 that was the case, did not test with latest release)

anyone know what memory brand sapphire is using for the card "SAPPHIRE Radeon RX 470 100407-4GOCL "?
8 GB Nitro use samsung. Others use hynix.
I want to ask something about solo mining to you. When solo mining Ionly see ''new job accepted''. If I see share accepted, I find a block. Is it right? Can you give more detail?

SOLO MINING "SHARE" MEANS YOU HIT A BLOCK--

If you see a report of 1 share, you should have 5 ETH in your wallet.  Your "share" is 100% of the block because your are solo-mining.  You may have a long wait between shares on any single rig, but if you have enough rigs, just read your wallet balance.       --scryptr

only 8 GPU possible to run on win7, if more - BSOD when loading video drivers,
6xGPU mod not helpful

For the nVidia cards, you can run more than 8 GPU in the Windows. For the AMD cards, 8 GPU is the limit.

LOL, one of the coolest things I have ever seen!  Grin Cool
@ $2.3k ... not really worth it

depending on the price of agony using PCI risers.... 2.3k maybe justified.... just maybe

Uhm. No.

Because in an 11 GPU rig if you have 1 bad GPU it could cause the whole thing to crash.

Much worse than if you are running 4-6 GPU per rig.

And of course you must be buying the wrong risers Wink

So this runs a custom OS?
Or linux and there is no card limit under linux?

Claymore in 7.1 when i mixed a tonga card with a 370, 470 and 390 they all got listed as tonga cards.
I think on mixed GPU rigs there's a bug in 7.1 when one card is a tonga. Works fine in 7.0 and below.

Confirmed, will be fixed in next update.

Have the same bug on rig with 3 x 380x and 1 x 270x. 270x shown like Tonga.

Thanks!
waiting for new version (16 card)
the test results I will inform

wow nips - the most I got was 7 using the PCI riser multiplexor.

Are you using multiple of these or you have some sort of sorcery motherboard that  is top secret?
