Thank you, working great!

7 x 1070's were getting 198 mh/s on eth and 3040 on decred. Now getting 203 mh/s and 3100 each. Not quite 3-5% increase but still an increase.

Seven days with no new deposits showing in Polonies, wondering what is going on, they are not too good at responding tickets

***deposits showing in Poloniex*** what is it your deposit coin

ETC, already sending the coins to another address, is up to 8 days now.

There are bugs in ADL, as always. If you have problems with clocks/voltage settings in 17.7.2 - either don't use these options or use previous drivers. I suspect it will take a lot of time to make it work properly... and then AMD will release another ADL update...

No pressure man, just do it before the new AMD drivers come out  Grin  Grin  Grin

Kidding of course, don't hurt yourself trying hard 'cause then we are doomed

Hey Claymore,

It would be great if you could tell us what "few minor bug fixes and improvements" you made.

Not sure if you have seen that comment here but somebody already suggested this. It would be great if you could consider these.

Devfee would be more efficient if you could detect best server, my miners use Asia servers, and i saw that devfee mine on US with 2-3 times higher ping. Though it is the same pool...

Could you try to avoid DAG recreation each devfee? Maybe if you can detect that you can use same pools as miner is using currently for your fees you could just switch Workers/wallets. Would be much faster (for your dev fees as well as us Smiley)

Thanks for your work

watching wattman, memory speed tick-tock from 625 to max defined in miner command line and back, every 2 seconds

Whole problem probably comes from here (driver release notes):

 Radeon WattMan(6)

        Now supports memory underclocking.
        Now supports power state controls.

I have strange hash rates with this one plus latest AMD driver...it gives
2 or 3 normal rounds, then drops down to about 1/4 of normal
then repeats...before slowdown round, fan on one of
cards go to zero

17.7.2 was weird for me on 9.7.   I saw as much as 20w increase on some cards which caused throttling.  I am afraid the driver that 'fixes' the dag problem is going to suck Sad

v9.8:

- added Vega cards support (ASM mode).
- added fan/OC support for 17.7.2 (and higher) drivers.
- fixed issue with -ttli and -ttdcr option for Nvidia cards.
- improved support for systems with more than 10 GPUs, check readme for "-di" and "-mode" options description for details.
- a few minor bug fixes and improvements.

Claymore's 9.8 + AMD driver 17.7.2 not stable for me. Voltage goes up and down.

Wow! Thank you! Guys, please report hashrate changes for GTX1070 cards. Thanks.

No change on any of my 1070 rigs.  Not sure why there would be?

Hey guys, have a little request here.

I am actually new on the scene and read a lot about every thing ...

So can someone tell me if this stats seems normal for you, best regards.

http://imgur.com/a/HxNcW

I got a lot of variation on pool, but my rig is like really stable for 36 hours now ...

http://imgur.com/a/xYY4t

So i stay on nano is normal ? Or i go to ethermine ?

Thanks for your advice !

This is normal. Mining is a game of chance, sometimes you are lucky and find many valid shares, sometimes you don't. The pool fluctuations show exactly that. We all have it...  Grin

That what i think, but i prefer a double check, better to ask Wink
Thanks for your answers, i appreciate.

How do you get 28-30 MH/s?

With my Sapphire 480 4GB Nitro and XFX 480 4GB and with already modded bios, I am getting max 25.5 - 26.2  MH/s in dual mining. (SC is on 470 MH/s).

Up to 300% + 200 FS deposit bonuses
Finally I can test and confirm that AMD has fixed the issue with slowdown at high DAG epochs for Vega/Polaris/Fiji cards. They are going to release new drivers in a few days.

Great news! Can't wait to see 30mh/s again.

I cannot understand what exactly makes you happy!?
You will get 5% increase in hash-rate but the difficulty will go up 10-15%, so you will lose 10% on profitability!
Take a note of your earnings now and then and update us later on your feeling Smiley

Well, diff is already up...

lol yup! Nearly 100 points up in 24 hours. Makes me wish I had bought more cloud mining in 2015 Cheesy Cheesy

How does cloud mining get away from a difficulty?

It doesn't. Its sold on Hashpower and a year ago it was much cheaper than it is today because ETH was like $5 last year.

Need help. MSI RX580 Gaming X Plus. Installed latest AMD driver, Claymore runs fine but unable to read temp (monitor hooked up). Afterburner doesn't allow OC too. Hashrates after bios mod is around 27mh/s single mode but fluctuates alot (even more with dual mining mode). I can't seem to adjust anything. TDP, Core, Mem clock all grayed out.

Don't use the newest drivers...

The current is 17.7.2
I'll try 17.7.1
Is there any driver you recommend for the RX580?
Try 17.7.1, it's working fine on my rig
