Nice job , I replaced the drivers , with 16.12 gained almost 463h/s with my RX470s (Monero bios - mod , from monero thread)

try running separate miner insances for gpu0 and gpu1

if not try changing the driver to a slightly newer/older version (i.e. not from 15.12 to the newest)

What motherboard? Do you have 16GB of virtual memory set?

I think this is a memory or driver issue.
