FFS I wish I would have known the package was RESTRICTED DELIVERY. My GF stayed home from work to sign only to be denied.. now I have to take off work tomorrow.......

Sorry must have clicked the wrong check box when printing out the label. If you call your local PO they'll hold it for pickup.

Any ETA when compensation will be sent out now that all orders should be shipped?

The majority of comp as already been sent out. I'm still waiting on replies from a handful of people for payment addresses.

So if anyone else hasn't received a comp yet please PM/Email me.

Sent you an email about comp.  Thanks!

A new version of bfgminer has been release today. According to changelog it should fix the issue with mixing BEs and BSs on the same machine.

May I also suggest my Crypto Miners In Tray (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/crypto-miners-in-tray-a-lightweight-front-end-for-unattended-mining-149442) as a front-end for bfgminer. It can do tricks! E.g.: monitoring the hashrate and restarting the miner if it either dies, stops responding on stdout, or the hashrate drops below a certain threshold; being configured to mine multiple coins, if you so desire.

EDIT: Yay, I see the units hashing! Thank you, ssinc. Let's give it time to see where the average speed settles.

ssinc suggested in a PM and I agreed to that he mine with my 6 units for me until they can safely be sent to me at a later date. Now waiting for them to show some signs of life on my designated address on Eligius. Smiley
For the record, I offered ssinc 3% of the total proceeds from this "hosted" mining.

Setting up a separate pc for them right now actually Smiley

Also, if anyone has a DOA unit or a unit performing way under spec PM me or e-mail me to setup an exchange as limited replacements will be available later this week.

What's being considered way under spec? I know Beastlymac made a comment about being under 2GH/s

I've got two that seem to end up as 'DEAD' in bfgminer after 5-10 hours, and they are also the same two that are under 2GH/s (one sits at 1.21GH/s apparently atm the other is at 1.75GH/s, they've been on for 3hr 19min thus far), it's always the same two as well.

Anything that's DEAD after 5-10 hours might just be a software issue. I noticed my units start to slow down after running for a day. I woke up today with everything hashing at 100-200 MH/s which was really strange. After a reset they seem to be fine though.

I don't know what Beastlymac deems as out of spec but I would consider anything under 1.8 GH/s definitely not working correctly and I would replace it without question.

Yea that's why I asked... I'm still assuming there's a lot of software-related issues at the moment.

Mine finally made it this afternoon.  Plugging it in gave me permission errors since I didn't update my udev rules when I upgraded cgminer.  Updating the rule file fixed that right up.

I am getting 1.95 GH/s from it on a raspberry pi that is also running 10 erupters with cgminer 3.7.0.  cgminer is usling between 1 and 2% of the cpu so that's not limiting anything.
I am getting 2.2 GH/s from it on a ubuntu linux machine with bfgminer 3.4.0.  bfgminer doesn't include the udev rules but installing them from cgminer lets you run bfgminer without running as root.

Not quite 2.7 GH/s but better than a erupter.

They do get warm if you run them without a fan.  Not as hot as an erupter but toasty warm.

Here are my results after running 5 Blue Fury devices overnight...

Looks like I'm currently getting between 387MH/s-1.83GH/s on these using the latest version of cgminer...  Average output per device = 1.35GH/s

Should I be worried about the device getting 387MH/s, or the one getting 967MH/s for that matter?

I find it disturbing that every one is posting 2.2 GH/s .. Almost like we got sold a Pinto when we were told we would get a mustang

And in reality, neither are great choices for speed.

has anyone hit on anything over 2.2 GH/s on this last batch that shipped other then the very first ones they sold for BTC2.1

I find it disturbing that every one is posting 2.2 GH/s .. Almost like we got sold a Pinto when we were told we would get a mustang

I'm getting reports of 2.2-2.6 mostly.

Mine isn't getting more than 1.4 Gh/sec.
