Will do when I get an answer... maybe remind me to send him a followup email when nothing happened. Previously it worked when I sent the second email but last time he did not react on it also.

I did so now. If nothing works remind me to send a third email... after that failing I need to try checking out the situation through other means. Well, I doubt there are news anyway but still it's better to hear a lifesign.

Well.. bit weird situation.
Seems like if no one can know something about the legal case, this situation can go on forever. It's a loop, isn't it?
Btw, Anykeywhy doesn't log this forum from years... He could just open the forum and keep update the post with something like: Today status: case is still open.

I would prefer to send him another mail first so that he sees that this is not a situation that he should leave unattended.

No lifesign from anykeywhy so far but I now sent him another email asking him to give a lifesign of his to me. As long as the knc-case is not closed he would not be allowed to give any statements anyway.

Another month later... Any update? I am not into the topic but were there some lawsuits where knc actually "won"?
I do not follow the lawsuit but as far as I know there is one big lawsuit where alot of knc victims are involved. They are not allowed to speak about anything so nothing is known about the progress outside of these persons.
It should be possible to follow the lawsuit throught he press. At least the things we could know should be there.
