These guys have not answered me about my withdrawal for days and now are hitting me up for kyc to withdraw, not so sure I should submit my private info to this site as it doesn't seem too reputable from my research, any suggestions?
Have you made any deposit at Neodice? Or you have requested for a withdrawal by playing with the sign-up bonus? Neodice.com is relatively new casino, but they are trying to gain the reputation in the crypto gambling industry. I hope they won't ruin it all by doing something wrong with the personal details of the users.

I have not I won on the signup bonus I would happily have made a small deposit to withdraw tho but I don't wanna send them my private info when they don't even reply for the better part of a week
You have a complaint that is bad and difficult to understand.
Try to clarify what your problem is related to?
From the first reply you complained about withdrawals and after that you said about bonuses.
If you have problems related to withdrawals that have not been resolved, try contacting icopress.
Only he can help you now as dezoel said.
All I know is that Neodice is currently doing development and maybe the team is too busy to respond to some issues.
So take the advice of some of the people here if you really have a problem.

That's us, we only regret when it's too late already but if only you did your research before you gamble and have a bad feeling about this site, you will never deposit and play here. I did a backread and I also check the trust rating of the author of this thread and it seems that this site is not shady at all. I can see that @icopress is also one of the representatives of this gambling site.

The user has a clean reputation and is one of the trusted profiles here in bitcointalk. With that said, you can go ahead and complete the KYC process. I expect that you will get your money once the verification is completed. Don't worry about your KYC details because I am sure that they will keep in a safe place.

Would you please elaborate your issue with more details such as how much you have deposited, how much you have wagered and how much you are trying to withdraw? Maybe providing some proofs to support your claim would be better, so there will be no one think that you are making baseless accusation.

I agree. The more options they have for the customers to communicate with the team, the better. This definitely creates trust and I also hope that at some point the Neodice team will consider using options such as a blog, telegram or twitter. This thread here in the forum is a good start, but they should use other options too.  Smiley
The team must immediately release a blog or social media account, telegram or discord for communication media with customers, the casino must have a strategy closer to customers to handle various reports from customers and if the casino handles a fast response then the casino's reputation will be better. Even though they already have a thread on the forum but that alone is not enough for services to communicate with customers, the telegram or discord option will be better for communication media.

Maybe in the future things like this can be a consideration for the team from Neodice so they have an official blog to be able to receive all input and suggestions from their customers and also the Neodice team can easily notify if there is any update information regarding development or bonuses and promotions that will be given .
But not only with Twitter, but also has an official Telegram group where the team can always be active there.
I think if they immediately create an official blog like that it will be very well received by gamblers and of course there will be a lot of support from their loyal customers.

-snip- So Neodice does not have some official blog to inform their users? I tried to find one at the bottom of their web, so I guess they don't.
While, we can appreciate they are mostly forum oriented  to keep in touch with their users, I would have expected this service to have some more traditional medium of communication, or I have failed to find it?  Huh -snip-
As far as I know, Neodice does not have an official blog. They actually only use BTT to communicate with their customers, which I like in itself. I also searched again on google and twitter and found no blog or account from Neodice. Maybe it would be a good idea if Neodice created a twitter account to reach even more people and make announcements.  Smiley

Unfortunately, there is no place for this, not one that I know of. Icopress gave a few small insights into what Neodice is currently working on. That's how I got my information. Here in the thread you will find the small outlook.  Smiley

I guess they are tough when comes to rating casinos, considering how reputable Stake is.
Yes, you're probably right about that. If even Stake only got a 7.7/10, Neodice's 6.4/10 is actually quite good.  Smiley
Thanks for letting me know, I did not know they were actually working on displaying the top winners that way.

Thanks for letting me know about this.
Is there any place on the internet they are openly talking with the public about these plans and future implementations you mention?
I would like to read a bit about it, if I can. -snip-

Any news on this casino? It seems they have been silent for a while now.
I think they are preparing a lot in the background and at some point they will surprise us with a big surprise. It would be nice if it were ready by easter, but I think it will take longer. Last thing that struck me was Neodice being listed on Casino Guru. But the rating is way too low, in my opinion. https://casino.guru/neodice-casino-review

Also, I would also have expected a better score for Neodice, however they also gave Stake a 7.7/10.

A flag will be created against @cryptopcasinos.
We will create a flag when we see that the user has read our message (he was last on the forum on January 24th).
Thank you both for the information. Should the case end negatively, I will support the flag. Either way, I hope that everything will be clarified and that the case without a flag can be resolved. Fingers crossed for that.  Smiley

I have been wondering if Neodice is preparing some surprise for Easter this year.
Some Easter egg-themed faucet boosts could be a nice gift for those that use the faucet in a regular basis.

Not sure how they may make it to combine with the futuristic theme of the casino, though..

Is there any news in this case?
So far I haven't found a thread under scam accusations on the subject. I'm interested in who the scammer is. It would be good if you created the thread and link it here so we can keep up to date.  Smiley

A flag will be created against @cryptopcasinos.

I have enough evidence that the flag was supported by other users but Neodice asked me to wait for this guy to appear on the network again (they hope that the issue will be resolved amicably). In the meantime, I've reserved space for a red tag just so don't forget about this case.

Btw, one forum user made us an offer to which we agreed and for which we paid (the offer included a half-year placement of a banner). But two months later, the banner was removed from the website and the user stopped communicating. The question is - could this be the reason for creating the flag?
Yes, I think that's a reason for a flag. In any case, I would first write an accusation on this board, with all the evidence (write down e-mail or messenger messages with pictures and the exact course of the scam): Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Trading Discussion > Scam Accusations. If these clearly prove the case, a flag can be created and assistance asked for in this thread. I wish you success.  Smiley
