Are you for real on this one because, am surprised you can even ask that! Anyway, here is the terms of use of service from Neodice.com for you.

This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons and/or third parties operating on your behalf.

Owning multiple account is prohibited on not just Neodice.com but on other casinos or/and sportbook as well. Mainly because, creating multi account has been sme means users try to cheat the system. Besides, there is nothing you need to be done on a multi-account that, you can't archive on a single account.

My advice, don't try to violate the Terms of use by thinking, you would multi account and they won't know anyway. That hunch has put so many gamblers in issues like funds confiscation and banning of the accounts on the gambling site. Play in accordance to the Terms of Use and not be sorry!

Is the question really serious? Well, if you want the bonus, you shouldn't be doing that. Most casinos prohibit having more than one account. This is no different with Neodice.
So I strongly advise against creating so many accounts.  Wink

It's good to see that, the Neodice team remains dedicated as all ways to giving its customers the best in dice game experience and customer support. So long as all that is done is in accordance with the casinos T&C. Even better still to see customers actually contacting support to try and get them issues solved before being too loud on the forum. That's what is expected and haven't done that, its nice on both ends to come to terms.

It's a good thing that you are resolving the problems As soon as you can since I myself is expecting that this will happen. There are too many abusers lurking out and multi accounting is one way that they can abuse the no deposit bonus as it happened to many casino. It can surely improve the traffic from your casino but it doesn't mean it can sustain you long term given that whenever you remove the no deposit bonus, those abusers will simply leave out on your casino. I'm guessing that you will soon change the bonus rules to have the necessary growth you need in developing and implementing updates.

A no deposit bonus? I have never seen a no deposit bonus in Neodice before, however, there are 3 gamified faucets that can be abused very easily if someone has a lot of extra time and the patience to play the faucets until it reaches minimum withdrawal amount of $20. I mentioned this in the thread before but someone replied that no one would this because the amount given by the faucet is very small. It appears he underestimated human cheaters hehehe.

Glad to see some updates and things are getting solved.
I noticed that a couple of users got banned because allegedly abusing bonuses (I assume). Ideally, I would feel more comfortable if the casino provided some further clarification on those cases, to avoid getting into a "my word vs. yours" scenario. I understand that there is sensitive information which is to be seen only by the casino agents and the client. Nonetheless, since a reputable member as icopress is involved into solving these issues (and even red tagging alleged abusers) makes easier to trust everything is being carried out fairly.

Hello. I registered on neodice.com from btcgosu.com and also received 9 usd nodeposit. My username is Destamver there. It was yesterday. I dealt with the site for a long time and accidentally placed the first bet the entire balance and it won. after that, I asked the support in live chat - do I have a multi-account and can I play the wager ? I also asked them about KYC identity verification. tHE NEODICE SUPPORT said that my account is clean I did not have any multi-accounts. Also I completed wager and won some money. After that I sent them my docs-passport selfie with passport and proof of address. They said that they received my request. More than 16 hours my withdrawa request was pending. And few hours ago I see that my account is blocked. So i CAN SAY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I HAVE ALL THE SCREENSHOTS OF MAILING WITH THEM. THERE IS NO ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS WHY THE ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED. PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM THE YOU SITE.

I mean after many cases of abuse of promotions given by Neodice, some have been handled or have been resolved. like @iv4n's case it was a misunderstanding case helped by @icopress and all is well.
so try to do as iv4n did provide a little screenshot proof so you solve your problem here.
and I think that if there is no abuse or cheating in your betting on Neodice, everything will be resolved safely.
