• How long will it be ? 1 day ? days ? weeks ?

I know you are holding onto my (and others) refunds in hopes you can reach enough to get your 3rd machine. This isn't how (good) business works.
When a customer asks for a refund, it is your duty as a responsible shopkeeper/salesman to abide by their wishes..

I get it man, You're all horny to get your hands on 3 KNC Neptunes and all. But given my refund request being denied, because you intend to spend the coins to get your last order completed.. Well, That's not cool nor remotely good business.

Those coins I sent you are far better off used on x-mas gifts this year, then having to wait/stressing out hoping that these dividends are worth it, everything ships on time, Hosting is flawless, etc etc.

What is also really concerning me is the way you FINALLY responded to the 2 PM's I sent you:

Are you intending to tie up my refund more? Is that some sort of threat or something?

I am not trying to get a refund to sabotage your GB.. Simple fact is I need that BTC back for other things.
The delivery times aren't right nor do I honestly believe you will make 2x your share price. (if ships badly) :/

I've seen that you've withdraw the BTC from the escrow. That means that you've payed  the 2 neptune of first 2 orders.
So you can give us the two order numbers (there is no need to keep it secret anyway).

More net profit will be available if more machines can share the same resources together, this will result in a more profitable mining and fatter divided, beyond a better deployment of the mining farm. This sort of advantage makes your shares earn a "bit" more thanks to the fix costs sharing for machines like electricity, internet, air-conditioning and so on...

THIS IS UNNACEPTABLE and shady. Its not hard to send my refund back.
