I wish AM would have been faster on there own thread to answer me and I guess this will be a 500$ lesson dam that sucks thanks canary for an answer
Omg... Are you serious???  I can't believe this... What made you jump and give them your money?

I don't see any posts asking AM "on there own thread" by this poster. Were any posts deleted there as well?

To be honest it was very stupid I came home from work and was catching up on you and crazyguys groupbuy info (i have an order on batch 5) with crazy and I jumped onto Friedcats Prisma thread read thru the new and saw a post just below a known name stating this website had in stock prisma's ....(I have been waiting for crazy's extra's on batch 2) to buy another with paypal and anyway I went to site and stupidly purchased before doing any due diligence the transaction actually took 2hr 45 min to confirm I had opened a ticket to try and cancel the order before confirmation but the third party vendor only contacted me after confirmation so at this point I'm looking at it as a high probability of being screwed and a lesson learned I should of looked into the website before buying anything

Why was last post removed with the link to a website for orders was it removed off topic or for being scam related>?

Response from AM: "shenzhenmining i dont know who they r.  and they do not have goods for sure."

Thank you. It has already been dismantled as a scam in their thread.

'The right to privacy matters'
please I still have nightmares about the genesis-hashlets-nicehash-westhash incident.

All because of the  switch from cex.io to mmpool.org

I never want to find out a million dollar problem again.

reminds me of philipma1957's story...  Grin

nice do you use freq 240?

I did not pass any parameters, so yes, I think the default is 240.

After about 12 hours I'm averaging this nice number:

(avg):1.444Th/s

And I found a BLOCK!  Grin
Probably not bitcoin though  Sad and it's not mine (pun intended) anyway - rented out.

You tell us, you are "buying" from them in the other thread, so you must know if it's a scam or not?

Seriously, one noob buying from another noob without escrow... try harder.
Nice be a d* I simply stated on the other thread that I did make a purchase and did not recommend anyone else do the same yeah was a stupid move and asking the moderator of this thread why they removed the post is not a bad thing most of the time some indication of why is mentioned but you keep on enjoying, being an ass I'm sure it works well for ya. Secondly when most people use "quotes" they actually quote something in my other post the word "buying" is nowhere to be found and your extensive background since boomtime jan. 2014 makes you so much better then me, my lowly misguided newb self I appreciate your grizzled beaten response as your being taken for thousands by the likes of BFL etc has made you into the mentor and shining beacon you are to this community today.

'The right to privacy matters'
Please use caution when unpacking your prismas as the unit may shift inside the foam capsule...
I do not recommend pulling it out from one of the sides.  Remove the side foam caps and then separate one of the lengthwise foam sides CAREFULLY and lift the prisma out of it's foam shell.  You will see upon closer visual inspection that the lengthwise foam panels are glued at the corners.  That would be a good place to separate them to get to the prisma.

I think there's a chance to snag a component if you just pull the tube out from the side of the foam casing.

Surely they are in antistatic bags inside the foam casing Huh

Nope, no antistatic bag Smiley

Unpacking wasn't a problem. Instead of trying to pull the device out, I was able to slide the outer foam "case" off, it did not touch the caps or anything, the miner has some foam spacers around it.

I got it running with cgminer on Linux within about 10 minutes after connecting the cables, most of that time was to find the github link Smiley

Some minor quality issues (fan screws loose), other than that I'm very impressed. 1400+ GH/S as advertised. It's pulling ~5 amps at 230V on EVGA 1300 G2 (80+ Gold).
