I wouldnt believe this and would not put the player at fault.
If they wanted to keep to their terms of services rules and regulations they would not allow people from these regions to be able to register and then deposit on their site.
This is irresponsible of the site operators and not their customers who can get to the site and place those bets.

The account holder is NOT the person that he/she states it is, nor are they in the location they state.

No i dont.
But as he explained he got scared. As most people I think would be under his circumstances. With having such a large amount at stake he panicked then asked a friend of his to act as the owner so he can receive the withdrawal.
In the end he came clean owned up for being in the wrong and they honored their claim to the winning wagers as well.
So everything was settled for both parties.

Well you are in a gambling section on an anonymous forum. So you talk of trusting one surrounded by gamblers?
