Wow Shocked Congratulations! After discussing this case numerous times, it is nice to see the site management decided to pay your winnings. Good luck.

Finally! Congratulations my boy. Did they ever give you a reason they weren't paying you?
I dont think you will ever see the answer.
He is probably not going to be coming to the forum and updating ever again.
Would you if you won this amount and continue betting or gambling in your life?

WoW They literally did it at last ha! 330btc shiet thats nearly $1million and $300k. You can retire now probably. I don't know any major scam accusation other than this so I can say Cloudbet cleared its name with this move.
Yet their trust remains the same. I have seen atleast two of them on top of their trust page already are aware and logged in today when the announcement of this case was graded and paid in favor of the player.
Unless they are await more proof from the user to be posted a tx perhaps before they adjust their tags on CB as they said they would if this accusation was ever rectified.

  • As the customer provided us with definitively falsified information, we suggested they reach out to Curacao Egaming - with whom we hold a licence - for assistance. This is the correct escalation for any player issues.
Why not Montenegro?  Grin

There is very easy solution to this KYC thingy, enforce KYC on sign up. That is what gambling sites in EU are doing lately because of new AML regulation.

But I don't think you will do that because you will very likely lose 99% of people gambling on your site.  Roll Eyes
Yeah. I do believe this as well.
Most of the traffic which go to their site are from American citizens who just use a vpn or some other way to access their site. They probably only withdraw a couple of hundred dollars anyways less than $500 in winnings so they fly under the radar. Or cloudbet just dont care to enforce their terms of service for these small time gamblers.
If it were 1btc and above by just looking at the cases on askgamblers for them then they start to question these gamblers where their from and where their withdrawals are going too.

I wouldnt believe this and would not put the player at fault.
If they wanted to keep to their terms of services rules and regulations they would not allow people from these regions to be able to register and then deposit on their site.
This is irresponsible of the site operators and not their customers who can get to the site and place those bets.

Really?

You think that Swofty _accidentally_ turned out to be a different person with fake location?

P.S. I lose trust to Cloudbet but earlier I lose trust to most people that gamble.
No i dont.
But as he explained he got scared. As most people I think would be under his circumstances. With having such a large amount at stake he panicked then asked a friend of his to act as the owner so he can receive the withdrawal.
In the end he came clean owned up for being in the wrong and they honored their claim to the winning wagers as well.
So everything was settled for both parties.

note - you added this statement after I replied to your original post on the subject.
"P.S. I lost trust to Cloudbet but I lost trust to most people that gamble earlier."

Well you are in a gambling section on an anonymous forum. So you talk of trusting one surrounded by gamblers? Roll Eyes
This is a conundrum in on itself. Smiley

I say that gambler is almost always a liar. If it lose. It is typically psychological defensive behavior.

So many scam accumulations isn't so simple as we see.

Why would you say this?
How would you know he did not receive the amount he says he had?
You think they just refunded the initial deposit? CB asked of him to say this?
I dont know where these facts would be coming from?

I believe what swofty is saying is truth and they did pay him for his winnings on top of his deposits he had made.

Lol, as he is a Filipino

Massive concentration of liars, scammers and people lacking intelligence.

Enjoy.

"We intend to resolve this issue in a manner completely fair to everyone once we receive truthful and accurate information from the player."
With the player saying they have sent in their correct information and admitting they were knowledgeably of the non admittance of customers to your site from the usa will you be paying this player their original deposit and or their winnings?
Such you did with the previous two players who were from the same country?

Can you show proof of this accusation?

Ronnie is correct in what he is saying...

But they must return the deposit amount you made
