Now if they can do the same in the case of Swofty in an orderly fashion then their largest case of not paying their customer who bet and won will be put to an end and they can get on with their business.
The quicker the better for their site and their reputation.

So are you telling that the 330 bitcoin scam accusation is resolved and if so i would like you to respond in the thread he started as i did not see any updates from him after that claiming that his issues are resolved. I am not sure what is the delay in withdrawal as the user claims that your customer service said it is about location and it is under investigation and i did not see any response in that thread anyway, hopefully you will resolve every accusation and come out clean as this is one of the oldest sports book here. I believe they were able to solve some of them but once a site already has a scam accusations, it's hard to trust them again and like I always said
it will not gain the confidence of the gamblers back and I think the OP of BTC300+ scam accusation is not aware about the the past accusations as if he knows he would not risk that big money into this site.

There is absolutely no scenario cloudbet gets their name clean after all of this. They could pay the user 330 bitcoins back and even pay him some interest on top of it but still that wouldn't clean their name. They have already wronged a customer at a height of 330 bitcoins, unless something major and shady comes up about the player then there is absolutely no way out of this wreckage for cloudbet.
Maybe that is exactly why they are not paying as well, they know well enough that their days are over already and if they pay him 330 bitcoins then they will be doing the right thing but short on 330 bitcoins while still not making the money back, if they paid him right away it wouldn't have been an issue but now even if they pay him no one will play here so they are just taking the 330 bitcoin profit and closing shop, at least that is what I assume could be going on.
