Hello. Is anyone here to help me? Made a little 70 MBT withdraw on Wednesday which was rejected, because fees got higher. Was in livechat thursday and they told me to make a withdraw again. Unfortunately the new withdraw was not instant. Live chat told me sometimes it can take up to 24 hours. So i waited until yesterday but nothing happened.... 24 hours were over, but my withdraw was not transfered. I went to livechat again and they told me of some problems with the provider which does the withdrawals... Now nearly 48 hours are over and my 70 MBT withdraw is still pending... Has anyone made a successful withdraw with cloudbet the last 48 hours?? And anyone an idea what I can do?

Withdrawal is open since 94 hours now. Live Chat is not available for me at the moment... And I am from Europe, not from the USA

I would say it depends on when was the last time you did a withdrawal from the site?
If it was before they changed the rules on who can still actively use their site, then I would say this one would be up in the air. They can put up as a shield their site does not cater to customers from the United States any longer.
Just hope this rule change does not apply to you in your case.
Once again, it is all up to what kind of person you get in chat and if they are a reasonable sort of person and not some a**hole who just exists to make other people's life miserable. Angry

I know cloudbet is one of the best in the business and here we can see they are helping out their customers as well which is nice. However it does bring out the question why there was these issues to begin with. Doesn't sound too good on the resume yet they have been around forever and have dealt as many as most websites so they have some credit before it can be considered a danger to be honest.

It is getting ridiculous. Why is it take so long to approve my tx, I contacted support 3 times, and everyone says "will", and "very soon", but nothing happens

Did anybody make a succesful BCH withdrawal?

For me it didn't work once. Whenever I try to make a request it says "This is not a valid Bitcoin Cash address." although I copy+pasted it from Blockchain.info. However if I enter a BTC address there is no error message popping up.

Yes, I have switched to BCH as my active currency from the player dashboard before.

The live chat support does not know, the mail support does not reply.

I think their live chat is the best possible way to sort things out, they are not always that active here, only recently they came here to announce their addition of their new coin, live support might not be active round the clock but when you are active it is the best way to settle things rather than waiting over here.

I noticed that Cloudbet started advertising on COVERS, one of the biggest gambling websites.
My only question is whether or not the good folks at COVERS have done their research on this company and it's shady business practices.
I have not heard anyone complaining about loosing their funds with the site, what do you mean by shady business practices and can you link any news which i am not aware off, they started accepting bitcoin cash which is a welcome move and hopefully we could see more coins being added in the future.
