I never used this site before and just tried to open but too bad it is not reachable. Are they blocking some countries or there is a problem with the site?

I can imagine them saying this as it is a substantial amount to most people and the casinos do not care for the audience who no longer use their site and services.

If that is the case then holding of their deposit and not giving it back to the American user is not right. They don't have the right to have the deposit and call it on its own as it is still the property of the user. They should have not let the user play in the first place if they are against american users. This is somewhat a bad reasoning made by a betting site. They can even block U.S. IP address in order to avoid having U.S. citizens playing in their website. And if the user somehow win I think it is right for them to withdraw it for the last time and ban it after for them not to play again.

I think they had a live chat earlier and what is that they are telling you, it is really unfortunate if they are keeping the users coins citing that they are not accepting players from certain location they deserve negative trust, people do make mistake and it is really difficult and boring to read the terms of service which keeps on updating all the time.

If you are looking to get your betting fix on you should not - NOT - use cloudbet. There are a lot of red flags and if you were to deposit, play around and win a bit there are no guarantees that you'll see your money again.

Actually what is the real situation of this site, i have not seen a negative report to their official profile but they are inactive here, i have not heard any scam accusation against them other than the withdrawal delays and i have not gambled in any site for a long time, some sites have blocked my country but i do not see any restriction from this site, i wish to wage some bet in sports and i hope they do not block my country location after depositing.

Thas is almost exact the reply I got when I asked them about my bets not being processed on any eSports game.. A few days later they just removed the entire eSports section and said they would no longer offer any of those markets. Which seemed a bit strange to me but that was when the red flags started to appear to me and I never again tried to bet on any sport using their services.

Simply cloudbet has no reputation anymore here , they are inactive for quite long time in this forum . I won't vouch them how good they was few years ago considering I was a big fan of them but not with today. They shows too much shady behavior lately , becareful everyone , better to looking for another place to play.

Actually their shady behavior on this forum was already occur since last year their change their withdrawal process speed from instant to 24hrs. I remember last year when my withdrawal of 0.2BTC takes a month after it process. They said that my account was undergo thru checking even though I just cash out my winnings. They are already sucks.
