ICO? Not even once.
I liked these guys a lot in the past but now they're holding up my withdrawals.

Not rejected just pending for days. I canceled a transaction after 4 days of not going through (pending) and started another one two days ago and still nothing.

Their support - while active - is of no use, just giving me the copy paste nonsense.

Withdrawals should be prompt - automated or not.

Edit: received it.

Finally they are crediting the users with bitcoin cash, it was one of the best sports betting sites with live betting, but if they could ramp up their customer care efforts and the reduce the withdrawal time, then it would be great, it is good to see more options being given to the users.

Really good news to see that you are crediting the users with bitcoin cash and allowing users to use it to gamble too, but i would like you to be active in the forum too as most of the time we are not seeing your presence in this forum, are there any plans to include additional coin in the future which would be a cool feature. Is there a initial deposit bonus for bitcoin cash.

Meh.
Hi Folks,

I have some news that I hope will be of interest.

Today we're crediting players who held bitcoin in their accounts at the time of last year's fork with an equivalent amount of BCH, and at the same time we have also launched bitcoin cash betting.

More information is in our new thread here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cloudbet-are-crediting-players-with-bch-may-the-fork-be-with-you-3268489

And if you have any questions at all, please do let me know.

May the fork be with you

Good looks! All of this happening now may have been worth the wait, keep up the damage control and improvements Peter Smiley

Hello Peter,

I also would like know when we get our payments because as write user ttr support always write the same "we send your query forward to the payments team" days go and still we don't have any info.

My withdraw is pending "only" few days but this don't look good because you should do it with 24h.

As above, it would depend on the size of your withdrawal as for larger amounts we apply additional checks. If you can PM me your Cloudbet nickname (if different) and/or your email address, I'll get you a response asap.

Hello, I want to sent you PM but you must allow accept PM via newbies User.

Nickname does not differ.

Ten days after the withdrawal, Cloudbet asked KYC.
I sent the documents and again I need to wait for an unknown time.

The sportsbook industry usually uses different rules regarding time. Withdrawal takes from 0 to 48 hours. The KYC procedure is from 24 to 72 hours.

But in Cloudbet you say only "you have to wait/ it all depends on the complexity/ we'll be back as soon as possible".

Thanks ttr, I will look into this for you and discuss the issue with our support team, I'm sorry for the problems you're having. I have also raised your feedback regarding withdrawals and KYC procedure.

Hi ttr, this would depend on the type of query or problem you have. Our chat team will resolve most general queries there and then, but more complex questions (such as account issues, payments and specific bet grading) will be escalated to our specialist teams and take longer to resolve. They aim to provide a definite response as soon as practically possible but that depends on the complexity. Sorry for the long-winded answer but it isn’t always possible to resolve complex issues quickly.

Regarding withdrawals, the vast majority are processed instantly. However, for larger amounts the process may take longer as we apply additional security checks.
In terms of your pending withdrawal, is your nickname different from ttr? If so, please PM me your Cloudbet nickname and/or your email address and I will look into this for you.

I just added Crypto Sportz and appreciate all feedback?

It is a decentralized Ethereum betting exchange on the blockchain where the operator can not steal the bets and with instant payouts.

This site offers only a few matches. At the moment it's Real-Atletico, MU-MC and Holloway-Nurmagomedov.
Only three matches. This is not serious.

Hello Peter. This is great news.

I (and probably all clients) would like to know at least an approximate time frame for solving problems. This information can not be found in the support.

My withdraw is pending for almost two weeks. This is too long. And no one tells me how long this process will take.

Finally !!! we started to think that cloudbet will disappear at any moment due the poor communication with the community
did someone buy the site or what ?? cause I find no reason why you stayed inactive in the past days

Hi SyGambler, I assure you we're not disappearing any time soon, in fact we have been very busy working on some exciting updates which we will be announcing today. I appreciate that our inactivity on this forum would have caused some uncertainty but moving forward I'm here to help, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused before.

guess who's back
Hi folks,

My name is Peter and I am the Cloudbet Community Manager.

You may have noticed we’ve been absent from Bitcointalk recently, which I appreciate isn’t helpful for those players that have been posting issues. I am sorry for that experience and am here to rectify this going forward.

I am here to help, but I am unable to discuss specific account issues in this public forum for data protection reasons. I will, however, be available via PM, or better yet if you contact [email protected] I will do all I can to escalate your query within our helpdesk.

I will be updating this thread and other topics with the latest Cloudbet news and responding to your queries in as short a time as possible, however during peak times and at weekends there may be a bit of a longer wait.

We are very excited about an upcoming campaign that should bring much more positive news for Cloudbet players on Bitcointalk. Watch out for that update very soon!

I’d like to thank you for being patient with us, and really hope to be able to make a difference to the community here from now on.

Many thanks,
Peter @ Cloudbet

still no coin guy, over 85 hours already!

85 hours is unacceptable especially if there is no clear information from the support? have you tried to contact the?
I never used this site before and just tried to open but too bad it is not reachable. Are they blocking some countries or there is a problem with the site?

If you think 85h is unacceptable then take a look at Primedice. They are holding his withdraw of34 btc for like 2 months now without being specific about it.

I doubt anything will happen since they seem to have abandoned the forum.. It's good in one way though as your thread will hopefully let others know that they should not be using the cloudbet service. I'll keep referencing your thread at every new page of this thread to help keep pople on their toes.

And I'm sorry for you losing money at them, let us know if anything changes and they decide to pay you.
