Thas is almost exact the reply I got when I asked them about my bets not being processed on any eSports game.. A few days later they just removed the entire eSports section and said they would no longer offer any of those markets. Which seemed a bit strange to me but that was when the red flags started to appear to me and I never again tried to bet on any sport using their services.

Simply cloudbet has no reputation anymore here , they are inactive for quite long time in this forum . I won't vouch them how good they was few years ago considering I was a big fan of them but not with today. They shows too much shady behavior lately , becareful everyone , better to looking for another place to play.

I remember having an affiliations accounts with them over two years ago and they never worked.
I wouldn't expect you to get anything from them since all the hassles they have given to many of their customers recently.

So maybe they just got tired of dealing with all the support tickets and questions of this and why they are not able to withdraw from those ones balances any longer.
They announced this late last year from what I read about.

The exact same opinion from my side too,i never faced any issues with the team while betting and withdrawals and i really liked their 100% bonus for every deposit a couple of weeks back without any baggage and was the first offer i have seen in years from cloudbet.
