I was a high rolling gambling because I spend $30,000 there in the past year but not anymore is coming from me to fund this site as I see it is just like throwing my money down the toilet for their support and even their third party live play casino in central america is very poor in service and quality They both do not care about the ones who actually pay their employement so no more, from me start as of today!
I would suggest to others to do the same and move on to other ones that actually are greatful and appreciates you as the customer and doesn't hand you phoney and fake excuses like they do!

I would say trying to help people within a 24 hour window would Be a great start. I personally waited 9 days for a bet to settle. Like everyone told you coustomer support is key, not just a email sayin hi we are working on it, if you are not really working on my problem

That is just the thing. They selectively pick who they want to help and if you are a high roller or new then they will evaluate your case within 24 hours.
I will not response to them here and am putting them on my ignore list because I see the way that they treat their customers and want nothing more to do with them.
I have sunk enough of my hard earned money into their site and for what? For their ceo and top level executives to be basking in the sun in central america on a beach getting fat and bloated off of my money. Hah! No more!
I have gotten smart and see through their cruel intent. And if you were smart you would do the samething too.
Their improvements to their site DOES NOT IN THE SLIGHTEST BENEFIT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and I will not be giving them my feedback for them to learn off my views for them to take advantage of any more of these poor saps of people that they call customers.
