My one bet is unsettle in cloudbet since a very long time.I betted on an in-play futsal event that i won and event has finished hours ago but its status in still showing pending since long time,already sent the mail but got no reply till now.Please solve the issue and settle the bets because i want to bet on other events as well.

07 september I create acount and deposit it with 1.95 BTC
and than in my GreenAddress I choose BumpFee and after that my deposit multiplies on 2!
I think it's bug of your site! Than with my next deposit of 0.1 BTC history repeated!
And because of it now I can't withdraw money because there're 2 transactions which didn't confirm on blockchain! But I can't cancel it by myself! And also I can't withdraw my money(at the moment on my account 9.6506 BTC, but 2.05 BTC is failure, so i got only 7.6006 BTC)
I send from my e-mail more than 20 letters but each time you answer the same. For example:

I can't understand why it's so hard to grade an NFL game?  I have a pending bet on the Colts Chargers game that has been ungraded for 4 hours now.  The game ended 26-22 with the Colts winning.  What is the problem here?  NFL is a major sport and final scores are easily verifiable on www.nfl.com.

I sent an e-mail to your support team, and their only response was that the results were probably being confirmed.  It has been 3 hours and still no grade.  The score of the game was 26-22 and NFL results can be easily found online.  This isn't some obscure ping pong or snooker match being played in a third world country.  This is an NFL regular season game.  SO WHAT IS THERE TO CONFIRM?

Lionidas I was live betting today and they screwed a line up they had a team winning 14-0 +900 on the board live so I max bet but as it processed it came out as the opposing team even though i clicked the right team. So I talk to support and get this BS response. I had just won big off of a prior game and put the money on The seahawks and some sort of glitch happened and I get the dismal 49ers Lose my Money and everything i was supposed to win... Sooooooo pissed at CloudBet right now
(I was gonna bet the seahawks either way at -900 forr the easy money because i play very conservative and just wanted to add to my earnings instead i lose everything)

For a bet to be submitted it need a manual input from the client's side. Looking into your account I could find no irregularities. According to our terms and condition, once a bet has been submitted to us and accepted by our system it cannot be cancelled or modified. As such we are unable to meet your request to alter your bet slip.

Support slow, odds change slow, grading slow. Cloudbet is a bad experience site, should be renamed as Slowbet.
Not quite sure about support (never need to contact them) though it does seem slow based on bitcointalk.org replies. I've never had a problem with my grading being slow though, or odds changing slow (?). Been paid out over 1BTC in winnings (or 0.5BTC winnings since I lost 0.5BTC this morning) without a problem.

By odds changing slow, what do you mean exactly? If the odds stay the same after I make a bet, or stay the same because nothing happened, is that bad?
Odds changing slow meaning that when you place a live bet in the dying minutes of a match waiting for the system to process it now (it was automatic before no "waiting for your bet to complete") it cancels your bet saying that the odds have changed since you placed your bet. This is such B.S because then I have go find the game if I parlayed it and take it out and replace my bets. In that time the other ones are cancelling then you don't have any thing to bet on.
It is a really pathetic system they have got now. Nobody with a functioning brain would use their site since other ones are much more advanced than this one!

Literally the worst bitcoin casino to ever exist.
I had support tickets telling them of my bad experience at their live casinos and they told me to go to another one. I said no way! The game that I play is at the casino that I as going too and I should not have to switch just because you do not want to fix what they are doing on purpose to not allow me to place bets. They just gave a generic excuse and told me to go to another live casino.
The utter nerve of these people working there.

HESITATE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP TO USE CLOUD BET I HAVE HAD THE WORST TIME WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS PLAYING IN PLAY BETTING AND SOMEONE INTERALLY SCREWED UP AND HAD THE SEAHAWKS AT +900 Shocked. Ofcourse I took the max bet .. a few minutes later im looking through my tickets and my SEATTLE ticket somehow got switched to the 49ers (which was off the board when i bet!!!) so not only am i screwed out of my $100 .144 BTC To win $900 1.3 BTC. Thats alot of money for me to lose so im obviously pissed at this point I WAS LITTERLY JUST TRICKED OUT OF $100  so I reached out for help and i get this generic response claiming no fault! are you freaking kidding me?Huh DO NOT TRUST CLOUDBET this is the second time this week ive encountered an error and customer service didnt try to make it right EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HIM SEVERAL PICS OF THE SEAHAWKS AT +900 this is completely inexcusable behavior and shows that CLOUDBET IS ILLEGITIMATE. I will not response to them here and am putting them on my ignore list because I see the way that they treat their customers and want nothing more to do with them.

New limiting model means no individual limits? As in: same limits for everyone?

I'm looking to bet on MLB and NBA (when it starts next month). Will I face individual limits or not? On NBA finals I was only able to bet 0.3 BTC max even on match winner markets, even though the general limit showed a limit around 10BTC on your system.
Will I face problems betting the listed general limit during the upcoming NBA season? Or will I only be able to bet 0.3 BTC again, even when 10BTC is listed as max bet?
Same question for MLB, which I could test out tonight already.

I'm trying to reply to as many posts as possible without flooding the thread Smiley.

A lot of users gave us their bet IDs, which means we can email their registered Cloudbet email address to let them know their bets have now been graded.

Just so you know, all our bets are graded automatically as soon as our system receives official confirmation of the result. This usually happens within a few minutes of the event's conclusion, however occasionally there can be delays in getting results confirmed. We are working on lessening the amount of these occasional delays, but for the vast majority of the time bets are graded in an acceptable timeframe.

I'm already waiting 1 hour to get my winnings, same as yesterday
Cloudbet has become the worst casino for betcoin so far.
They have become this big and have crashed and burned so fast and other casinos have noticed and have taken the initutive to take on their customers.

Face it, you are done here Cloudbet. Your site is dying a slow and painful death with the way your support team have failed to deliver in the last month.
You should fire them all and start over again if you want your site to survive past the end of the year.

As a high roller, cloudbet was my favorite site. Whil thier support is very bad since 2013, ppl asked them to enlarge the support team, but still like this. I will bet in other sites until they solve all the mess here.
