Currently, we run two models. On some markets we never limit customers (bet again and again for the max if you wish), and on some markets we limit some customers.
We are moving all markets towards our new models where customers are never limited. This has been in process for some time as we need to test each market carefully. It is likely we will have all markets on our new system in the next 4-6 weeks.
On which markets are you being limited? Are they live or pre-match? If you let us know, we could possibly prioritise those markets.

Back in June you said it would take 4-6 weeks and now it's 3 months and counting....was it just a bullshit story of yours?

Hi Cloudbet I can't get been betting Betting was going to get to the games in the picture but it was officially stopped moments site progress. Freezing when I try and I'm taking bets bets all of them. When do you intend to find the cure? Frankly, happens all the time.

They do have a terrible support unfortunately. I believe its handled by an individual or a very small team. The support was good in the beginning and has slowly started dying since then.
I've been waiting on a pending bet since September 14th not here to bash cloudbet. But they have treated me like this over and over and over , I left for competition coup,e days again and it has been AMAZING. Withdraws within hour and bets settled within 10-20min this places is falling apart and they need to fix it before it to late
Just leave here, others have faster grading speed, if you hate slow gradinga(everyone should hate slow grading)

All markets will be cleared according the final result after 9 innings (8 1/2 innings if home team is leading at this point).
If a match is interrupted or cancelled and won't be continued on the same day, all undecided markets are considered void.

To Step up their game they should also add something for the bonus. After I claimed my initial deposit bonus, the points I have has no use and they won't even let us create another account.

This is 100 % accurate.
Everybody has their own experience with the casino that they use.
So their story is "accurate" to them.
I have used them and am not happy with them even if they give you free bonus.
Without giving a positive customer experience then they are gone from the customer's minds.

I guess one reason they can do that much is due to the fact, a newbie usually falls into their site. So they are still getting a lot of customers. But they actually can be much bigger if they have the right support and customer reponse times.
i actually thing the team behind site changed or at least stepped up.
still bonuses for deposit are.. sucky if not call it other S word..
