They do have a terrible support unfortunately. I believe its handled by an individual or a very small team. The support was good in the beginning and has slowly started dying since then.
I've been waiting on a pending bet since September 14th not here to bash cloudbet. But they have treated me like this over and over and over , I left for competition coup,e days again and it has been AMAZING. Withdraws within hour and bets settled within 10-20min this places is falling apart and they need to fix it before it to late
I guess one reason they can do that much is due to the fact, a newbie usually falls into their site. So they are still getting a lot of customers. But they actually can be much bigger if they have the right support and customer reponse times.

This site is a bunch of crooks every time I win a bet it's stays pending for 3-4 days and then they cancel it and tell me there was a pitching change and I usually place bets 1 hour before game. so now on days 2 I'm waiting on a pending bet And it's gonna be the same outcome as the last 10 times gets went unsettled for almost a week. I'm over this shit cloudbet you lost a huge customer you cap my winning ever time I win and I'm over it. Never ever coming back. and you don't even care I've emailed 7 times. What games did you bet? Big tournaments will be graded very soon, but they grade small tournaments very slow.

there is no report as far as i know that they never payed back any pending bets after several days or weeks although it will take for long before they get your bet settled.

My only guess is that since its the weekend they won't be back until Monday morning. Many of the developers here have families and lives outside of the cryptoworld and one shouldn't make any scam accusations until the weekend is over at least.

Figured this site was ok since this thread is so long but my experience has been awful so far.
I wanted to bet NFL Futures and I noticed they had several really good odds. So I made a deposit and went to make my bets. EVERY SINGLE BET when I placed my bet, they said the odds moved to really crappy odds. And the old fake odds are still showing up on their site, duping more people. They have to be doing that on purpose.
So I tried to withdraw what I had deposited as there are no bets I want to make on the site. Withdraw gets rejected with no explanation or email sent to me about it. I just tried to withdraw again, they are probably going to tell me there is some play through requirement or something. Trying to force me to make shitty bets that I don't want to make, when the only reason I deposited was their fake odds. Such bullshit.

my longest sttled bet is 4 hours and its very small amateur game.. no way big game come in that log time.. i hope admin graded your bet soon
