and lastly I’m sure that once their representatives see this comment they’ll step in to explain their side of the story.
Unfortunately the rep account is not active in the forum anymore, but the good news is they haven't had any major issues so far.
^ I don't think so, I have a little bit of research on the scam accusation board and it seems there are too many threads that appear regarding cloudbet reputation. Usually and the common problem is that they don't read first the ToS of the casino and they commit a violation and then now, blame the casino because they are a scam. I don't know Cloudbet because I never played their gambling casino but I think the problem is that the Tos should be read.
Probably OP needs to extend here/his patient right now.

I have gambled regularly in Cloudbet before and I have never encountered any problems in my withdrawals. We cannot be certain if those bad reviews came from reputable sources and we should not assume that Cloudbet is doing this without a valid reason for suspicions on user activity. There are other sportsbooks and gambling services in the cryptospace if you do not feel safe, however.
It looks like he managed to see his funds, thus deleting the complaint instead of just giving a positive update. There were times when there were slightly slow withdrawal processing times on Cloudbet especially during weekends, but they always got processed after some hours.

Message @Hhampuz if you are looking for a CM!
How are the withdrawal times at cloudbet these days?

Made first withdrawal via ETH to test the speed, its not instant as it says on the site that most withdrawals are instant, i can still see the cancel button.

Read some bad reviews but still gave it a go, hopefully will receive withdrawal soon and dont have to wait few days or some bs.

Anyone had recent experience with their withdrawal speed?

I used crypto only and amount is not too big, like 300$ only.

Thanks

@gowinb0t1 did you first check with the support, if yes what did they say but if you have not approached them then do it now as they’re the best people to guide you. @bbc.reporter I believe that Cloudbet came back with a clean slate and they have been doing a good job since then, and lastly I’m sure that once their representatives see this comment they’ll step in to explain their side of the story.

Based on my experience, Cloudbet does not process withdrawals instantly like other sites.

In this review, it says withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

Now, if it already exceed 24 hours, then that's the time you have to worry.

It is reasonable to see Italian governments did it after 2006, the year of Calciopoli. Anyway, thank you for all your answers that help me to understand more about regulation on gambling sites in Italy.  Grin

Haha complete nonsense. this place is full of illiterates  Grin

I went to check.
The rules every website has to comply to in order to offer their services in Italy date back to 2001, and were enforced in 2002.
The Italian ISP’s were forced to blacklist any non compliant website on the Italian territory since 2006.

Cloudbet is one of the few sites where you can still gamble on the site in many countries, where you are blocked at other sites. The conditions list a number of countries that are not allowed, but these are not exceptions. I have seen that the offer at Cloudbet is not bad either, only they could do something about the maximum limits to bet on sports betting for example. We already have enough casinos. And Cloudbet is also one of the oldest sites active here on the forum, isn't it?
However you must know of their rules well enough. What are restricted areas? Do they accept VPN when you create account and play games? If your country is not allowed by Cloudbet, you should not try to pass through their restricted mechanism, as if you do so, when you win, you will not be paid. Don't try to do things that are not allowed and come back here with invalid scam accusations.

In the past, I read and knew that Cloudbet did right things and they have good history about it.

I can’t exactly remember, but it’s a long time.
I guess is later than 2006 thou, as I used a few gambling website that aren’t allowed anymore.
(Yeah, government as usual is very picky on the exchange he allows to operate.

Cloudbet is once again active here, and that’s why user’s are returning to the site because once Ronnie had stopped posting there was not much activity in this ANN?. Also I expect them to do more for premier league and other football matches going ahead since they’re back here, but we’ll have to wait and see as to what kind of promos they will launch because the football season is going to start in August only.
They stopped their signature campaign that causes less posts in this thread. They did not run special promotion for Bitcointalk community members. It does not drop only because Ronnie is less actively recent months.

Good to see Cloudbet team return to more activities on the forum, begins with their signature campaign managed by a new manager, icopress, not Hhampuz.

Every gambling website selling services to Italian customers must be specifically authorised and monitored by Italian government.
You must abide to a series of regulations and certifications, otherwise, it’s ban.
Basically, all gambling sites are blocked by default, and you get to obtain this authorisation in order to make your website visible.
How long have these regulation, authorization been in practice? Your post reminds me about Calciopoli in 2006. Were such strict regulations implemented after Calciopoli?
I guess it is very likely because it is reasonable to enforce stricter regulations after that big event.

Please correct me if I am wrong with my guess.

We know many sad story about VPN used on gambling while used it to the user as an excused to freeze there account in the event that they win a jackpot or huge prize. This might a violation of country policy against online gambling if you are dodging the restrictions by using VPN to access casino.
This can only be a problem if Cloudbet decided to restrict Italian Citizens like it has done with Citizens from the US, but as of now Italian Citizen can still use their gambling site.

IF any form of verification comes up, users can still verify as Italian Citizens and I believe things could still go on well because they are not yet banned by the casino.

How did it happen?

I think like gambling is very common in Europe and many European countries are opened with gambling industry. Is there change in Italian regulations against Cryptocurrency and gambling industry that I did not know?

Welcome to Italy!

this law exists in all European countries, and already in many countries around the world.for example, Cloudbet has cheated many people and they have no protection, while in European countries people have legal protection

There are lot of regulations for the gambling business in Italy by the government and Land casino and online casinos have the the different governing authorities with variation in rules and prohibitions. But as you see most of them are VPN users but the government always want to have them under their control and generate tax revenues from them .

Just going through this file of Italian gambling rules : Gambling in Italy and the list is long and not surprised as they are having the same like any other country in which they allow something is good otherwise they are illegal.

Cloudbet has been firewalled from Italy:

This is not a huge problem, as many Italian gamblers are used to VPNs to circumvent that kind of limitation.

Sorry but what kind of restriction is this? Is this ban in gambling or just an ISP censorship for all gambling website? We know many sad story about VPN used on gambling while used it to the user as an excused to freeze there account in the event that they win a jackpot or huge prize. Just assuming the picture is about online gambling restrictions since I can’t understand the language.

Customs and Monopolies Agency (Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli or ADM) is a governmental tax agency in Italy that carries out technical and operational activities for the Ministry of Finance. If they block a gambling website, it means that the casino doesn't have a valid license to operate in Italy. Using VPN to access a blocked website is, of course, against the law as well.

Cloudbet is a very old casino and it is weird to see they are blocked by firewall just recently by Italy.

In addition, with gambling I don't think it is good to use VPN because of risk. You can be fallen into multi account accusation and your account will be frozen as it breaks Terms of condition. Withdrawal can be rejected too.
