As you may have noticed, we experienced some delays in processing of deposits in the past few days. These have now been resolved, and we are back to normal operation.
Clearly your deposit issue has not been fixed hence I deposited 0.99 BTC over 40 minutes ago,
I have screenshots and here is the blockchain with 5 confirmations.
As a new user to your site, and first time depositor, this is not a good experience.

How can I withdraw the bonus.. lets say I deposited 0.5BTC and i got 0.5BTC as bonus so the total of 1btc and then i bet 1 btc in a game and win 150% that is 1.5btc can i withdraw it or is there is some other process.?Hi rohnearner,
The bonus is released in increments. For each 800 loyalty points that you earn, 0.01 BTC of bonus is released.
You can track your progress and see how many points you need until the next bonus release on your player dashboard.

how much time deposits takes to show up in your acc.? is it instant or needs confirmation if yes how many..? and is there is any kind of bonus?

Deposits are near instant and are credited after no confirmations. We require 3 confirmations on each deposit before you are able to withdraw.

After the deposit hassle and the bet grading slowness (was about 60 minutes after game ended that the bet was graded) I was able to withdraw my balance almost automatically. Was sent within a couple minutes, no problems there. Thanks.

We can only grade bets from reliable data. The bet you are referring to was a smaller market, so it can sometimes take longer than a few minutes before we receive reliable data.

Don't know if they are, but grade 1st half bets during halftime please. I have one currently placed for a friend and the game is at halftime and should be graded a winner. I am a bookie in real life (charge a 1% vig) and I need a book that will grade events as quick as possible for those in my life that have an itch to bet, whenever and on whatever.
