The network is experiencing congestion in the run-up to the halving, unfortunately that has caused some withdrawal delays, and also increased network fees (which addresses your other point). Both should return to normal as the level of transactions eases off.

You can be happy you ony lost 25usd here on this site, imagine it would be 100k like some people have been scammed by cloudbet for a fortune
my only advice is to stay away from this site
we need to be sure these fraudster sportsbook are taking down
their army is sleeping I think that is why all the hero and legendary accounts are not defending them actively

Not only did he post this here, He has given negative review about a few more sportsbooks, Which is completely baseless and without any kind of evidence. Mining pools are not always that easy to confirm most of the times, I mean it is after a certain time if you check but it would be very difficult to automatically do it, so you would have to manually check which one mined it and go back.

Plus there should definitely be an "other" option in something like that which should get a great odd because even though the big mining pools are responsible for most of the mining, there is still a lot of p2p miners as well, not everyone really works with a pool anymore, it became something like a team after a while instead of a helper like it was back in the day. I would say the price of bitcoin at the time of halving is also a great one, you could argue that it could be higher due to it or lower because of it, and there could be a biiiig range of price as well.

Your case sounds similar to the other user above that had the same issue. Can you share the links of the sources you've used ? Maybe the other source (with your player winning) showed the wrong scores because from what I know sportsbooks gather results from different sources before they settle the bets. It's unlikely the bet would be voided since the results are out.

Did the user have activity always from same IP? If yes, provide proof.
Are the user/s KYC verified? If yes, how did they pass verification if they have same IP as other user/s?

They need to protect existing users. I can't be responsible for other accounts. Only my own and if I verified myself I consider this as a closed and easy case in my eyes as I did nothing wrong ever since I created my account there.

Is this how you treat your customers Cloudbet? Over 5 posts left unanswered with this post being 1 month old.

Why are you keeping my funds locked if you can't answer these simple questions?

Cloudbet have a language available for indonesia so it's most likely allowed. There's only a few in their list of restricted countries so you won't have issues with the terms and conditions but it'll be risky to use a VPN since you could mistakenly connect to these restricted countries. Have you tried the legacy version as well ?

yeah there are vpn's that connects randomly on any server or country without you knowing it so his accounts can be more in danger more worster than only being blocked . however if he have a premium vpn , he can use it and select countries that are not on their ban list so that he can access the site again . ive seen many people access other sites using a vpn too and maybe those people are having the same problem like @turkandjaydee . while there are some that also use vpn thinking that they can win on a different ip
