It's true around a month ago bonuses are added automatically but I tell support of this problem and they are always very helpful.

They basically say that when the bonus does not appear on dashboard not to worry, contact the support through chat and they will happily add it

To answer your question, my experiences with this small issue takes no longer than a minute. When it does, I have to be abit patient and it gets credited shortly after. It really doesn't take that much out of your day

@jeremutalukan / @tashkent4G, I'm a little disappointed that you're creating accounts on BCT to hold conversations with yourself about the bonus automation, especially after I spoke to you here and agreed we will let you know when it's automated again so you can resume your normal activity.

I get that it's not ideal having to request for the bonus to be manually added, which I and the support team have confirmed is a temporary thing. If you do not want to speak to support, which takes less than 1 minute to add the bonus manually (I tried it myself), I suggest that you keep to our agreement above, rather than continue to post on this thread under different aliases.

Are you agree with me that month ago the bonuses were automatically added to players. I contact support already month, 4 weeks, 8 times to add bonus EVERY TIME.

So tell me please - why do I have to waste my time to chat with them? I have about 1 hour to play and then I have to go to work.

Of all that I have read so far here on this gambling site, it seems not to be recommended.
I wonder why gambling sites don't just pay out if a customer wins.  In total they will always have profit in the long run.

I sent the documents, but you can try holding two documents at once, making your face visible and making sure the small letters are also visible.

How long the process will take? Another 24 hours?

Edit: Also nothing had stopped you when I deposited the money, you only require verification to withdraw in hopes that you can claim funds.

Support ensured me there are no problem with the transaction and it will be sent as soon as possible. Now after such delay, you just prolong the whole process by asking for verification, when you could have done that as soon as I requested withdraw.

I totally get that it can be hard to take a photo holding two documents, most cameras have a timer which is what we recommend doing.

A betting integrity investigation is conducted by such third parties, their job is to identify and reduce the risks to betting and sports being corrupted. This includes; players betting on their own sports, event manipulation for betting purposes (cheating), corrupt approaches, misuse of inside information and much more.

Investigations of the sort are not conducted by Cloudbet, our duty is to comply with these requests. Once the investigation is concluded and we are able to release the funds, if the event has not been deemed as fixed, we do so right away and inform the player.

Scam BK. I made several bets on this site. While I was loosing my money - everything was ok. After several wins my account was blocked and I get such letter from them:

No! Cloudbet has fake promotion page at their site. They do NOT give bonuses automatically. You have to chat with support EVERY FUCKING TIME and ask to give bonus and then wait all day to receive it.
Cloudbet is very incompetent site. Support does not know their own rules, confuse numbers 0.001 and 0.0001 btc, send fake bonuses without link to terms how to use it.
I do NOT recommend anyone to play and deposit even a cent into this scam  site!!!

Cloudbet has always had this weird cloud over their business about how they are always late and always had a bad support that reacted a bit too late after everything blew up. There has been stuff about 300+ bitcoin withdrawal issues to all kinds of other stuff and from the very first start, they never wronged anyone that waited, so you can never really call cloudbet scam because even if it takes 3 months they do solve your issue, but to be perfectly honest it is way too slow which causes a lot of grief with people.

Just because you fixed everything and you are doing everything right, that doesn't mean people should like you, if you create the problem to begin with and you fix it too late, that means that is a big trouble as well, you do not have to steal from people in order to be scam, you can be just a "bad business" and still be legit.
