Morning all!

@Muttley - It looks like we were down briefly overnight, but everything should be back up and running as usual now. If you are still experiencing any issues accessing the site then please let me know and I'll investigate for you right away.

@harizen - Would you be able to DM or post a screenshot of the email? I suspect you might have received an message about our Turbo Thursday Reload Bonus, which offers a 100% Reload Bonus of up to 50 mBTC/1 BCH (0.1 mBTC minimum deposit).

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

For support ➡️ help.bc.game

I recently got an email (about weeks or less*) about the return of 2X deposit bonus for long-time users. Already take advantage of that during my early phase at Cloudbet and just want to confirm if this is true or maybe I misunderstood the email?

And it is by limited time only? I was just able to read the email yesterday but it was sent for about weeks or less if I'm not mistaken, so I guess I'm late.

I'm not from the USA or I'm not resident of USA my country has blocked cloudbet Embarrassed When I have tried to access by USA VPN that was showing to me then I have changed to Canada now I can access cloudbet. Why they have made restriction for the USA?HuhHuh?

Most if not all of these gambling site can detect if a player is using a vpn service used to evade from being detected having a connection from a restricted area.
But what you just tried confirms what cloudbet just said to you and I known from their revision of their terms of service last year. When they had restricted all usa players from accessing their site.
Even though there are many who still try to get on the site and play being from the us they will find out eventually and red flag those accounts when they request a withdrawal. So it is not worth it for them to even try to fool their security system with false ip location programs such as a vpn or tor.

Good morning all, hope you had a great weekend!  Smiley

I've caught up on the recent posts, and yes, we do block people from restricted territories from accessing our services.

I've taken note of sr32703's concern about being blocked despite being outside the US, and will be contacting our teams to ensure the blocks aren't stopping any customers from non-restricted territories.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

I have recently tried out Cloudbet and can tell that I am really happy with what they are offering - I even had to use the support once and the response times were quick as well. Thumbs up so far!

I have tried to many time to access on Cloudbet but why is this showing to me?
I just tested the link and I have no problem opening the website, cloudbet has a really fast website and everything works fine. I think the problem must be with your internet provider that block your access, try with a VPN next time.
It's not on his ISP because there's a couple of users that was complaining before on why they can't access cloudbet. Most likely it's on cloudbet, they're blocking all IPs from certain countries to avoid future problems that is similar to the last scam accusation where the user struggled withdrawing hundreds of BTC.
As far as cloudbet has said in the past they do not cater to residents coming from the united states. And they have had many players from their being able to log in and play on their site.
This might be them finally blocking countries they do not allow to use their site so they do not get any backlash when those players from forbidden countries on their site ask for a withdrawal and are not allow access to those funds due to breaching their terms of service trying to bypass their restrictions.
This is my guess about the sudden blocking of ips being reported. Undecided

Agree with you there as well. I think they just want to have an introduction to new players and not to run their signature campaigns for an extended amount of time like so many others are on here.
I believe they evaluate how it is going then stop when they see it is not producing any long term results.
As ronnie mentioned earlier in his last post they will check into see if they will be extending it past a month at a time when it does recommence.

Agree with you yoshie. Their campaign only runs for a month so it is quite short in duration for anybody to really make a good impression on the bitcoin talk community with a campaign in such a short amount of time.
It might be because they are limited of funds going towards this group of users from their advertising department. Embarrassed
Who knows. Undecided
One month of advertising is a short period of time to have any major difference, but it will be a good introduction for the new users in the platform as it is one of the oldest sports book out there and they will not be having any shortage of funds but they need to analyse whether an advertisement here has made any signification difference in new users or plan any other marketing strategy to reach their goals. Afternoon all,

Great to see so much enthusiasm for our signature campaign! I'll let you all know our future plans for the campaign ASAP, but thanks very much for your work over the last four weeks  Smiley

FYI - I'll be out of the office until Monday, so responses here might be a little bit slower than expected until I'm back in black (🎵dun, da-dun, da-dun... 🎵)

I'll still be doing a quick daily scan to make sure nothing is on fire, but if you do have any urgent queries that need to be answered in the meantime, please contact our support teams 24/7 via the live chat on site, or by emailing [email protected].

If you are happy to wait then drop me a DM and I'll get back to you ASAP!

Thanks, and have a great weekend!

I think that is the power of signature campaigns. Because even you are free, you will immediately wear the signature once there is a payment. Remember, we are here for bitcoins and I think many of us are wearing signatures because we want to be compensated. Well, I can't do that since I know that I am quality poster also and I post to promote my signature.
Maybe you misunderstood what I meant. What I actually implied is in the meantime, after campaign ended, and users still don't find new ones to join, they should wear signature of previous campaigns a few days as free supports. I think it is fair enough and something like a bonus supports. Personally, when I find new campaigns to join immediately, I will move next; but if I don't find new ones, I will give them free supports for a while. It is a winwin situation, in my opinion. If companies see both instant, short term and delayed effects of their campaigns, they  might reopen their campaigns from time to time.
Well, we have both consensus in what we talked about. And your right! Maybe, those who are not yet joining other campaigns may preserve their signatures. Actually, that is what I am doing if I will pause a short break in this forum. I do not change my signature unless I find the other one. If I win in cloudbet even 0.5 BTC, I will wear their signature also for free. Though, I am not popular I have already different posts made in this forum. But as of now, I will sign with their gambling site and try my luck.

No doubt that the campaign will run for a short period of time,  but according to me it will really help to boost the site's traffic.
At this point of time,  the site really needed a good promotion kind of thing and signature campaign is the best thing for that.
Now It's time for Cricket world cup and it will really a nice thing if the signature campaign promotes the site in each and every corner of the forum.
Me myself will also do one or two bettings in the worldcup.
Wish me luck.
