Obviously there's been a ton of complaints about casino games on CoinBet.cc and after reviewing everything, including ALL of the complaints here, it's become quite clear to the management and the casino owners that these issues are not just isolated incidents, nor are they flukes. They are, obviously, the result of faulty software and questionable software and service providers. As such, ALL casino games with even a hint of unfairness will be removed immediately and replaced with more transparent solutions as quickly as possible.
First of all, we would like to apologize to anyone who feels we did not take their complaint seriously at first. It certainly was not our intention to disregard anyone's opinion or evidence, but we also had to pass this info 'up the chain' so to speak and evaluate each complaint individually to determine whether it was legitimate or not, since it was difficult, if not impossible, for us to internally replicate some of the issues that were reported initially. Combine that with the fact that we were already dealing with voucher system abuse, people exploiting various software vulnerabilities, etc., it was difficult to determine which complaints were legit and which were not. Additionally, there was a serious issue with regards to managers and owners here being told one thing by software service providers, and another thing by actual users, and it created quite a bit of internal conflict until further evidence was gathered, since we were unable to see individual hands, spin results, and things of that nature from the backend. For that, we sincerely apologize, and we'd also like to express gratitude to those people (you know who you are) who DID provide fool-proof evidence that gave us the information needed to make these decisions to remove any unfair games.
Secondly, if anyone has any suggestions as far as more transparent and fair software solutions for some of these casino games, we'd love to hear them. We are only interested in fair solutions and appreciate any tips anyone can provide. If you have a suggestion, email
[email protected] with the details.
Finally, our sportsbook, which obviously is not affected by these issues, will continue to operate in the meantime. We will also continue processing payouts. There may be delays on occasion, as we deal with the aforementioned issues, but payouts will continue to be handled promptly regardless.
I will be back here in the coming days with an official statement from the casino owners about these issues, as well as more information about what steps have been taken to replace the faulty software with more fair and friendly solutions. It's very important to us to communicate with the community as we proceed, so we will continue to do so. We will also work to establish a fair and appreciative compensation plan for anyone negatively affected by the faulty games. This brand, and this company, are extremely important to us, and the treatment of our players is even more important. We appreciate everyone who has helped us come to this conclusion, even when done in a questionable manner.
We look forward to launching a much better CoinBet v2.0 and continuing to support our sportsbook players in the meantime.
Thanks.
