All these elusive answers and answers like its in our FAQ...why not just answer the question? And any site owner saying "f" you to people is not someone I want to be associated with.
Regarding the scammer email, I would be surprised if the guy sent that email to coinbet, it just doesn't sit right with me. But I have no proof, but if coinbet made up that email, how could anyone do business with a company like that?  I mean it makes me think they'd find an excuse not to pay a big win.

I have no problem answering, I was just pointing out that it's not anything we hide, nor is it a simple answer. CoinBet maintains its legal formation in Panama, holds its gaming licenses and permits in Costa Rica & Ireland, and currently has eleven offices on three different continents. Oh and I can promise you the owner of Coinbet did not say anything to anyone here.

As far as the email, I'm not going to go through the trouble of creating a fake email. It's not in my job description and I don't get paid nearly enough to do that kind of thing, nor would I even know how, to be completely frank with you. I was debating whether or not I should even post the email when we received it, but in the end, I felt that I showed, at the very least, how convoluted and ridiculous this situation was becoming. All over a terms of service violation. It just seems quite silly to me, to be honest with you. I've offered the guy a refund on any deposits he made, so have others here, he refuses to take it. Seems kinda odd, doesn't it? There's definitely an end game here that I'm failing to comprehend, I don't know why this guy is doing the things he's doing. Regardless, my job is to handle player support and that's what I'm doing. I'm not here to argue, nor would I want to anyway.

I just want people to understand that if you violate the T&C, you will be terminated. I can't do anything to change that, nor would I want to, but it's something every player should know. I, personally, would not be playing anywhere without reading and making sure I understand the terms I agree to by doing so.

If you abide by the terms and conditions, you won't have any trouble playing on our site and many, many people who enjoy our site every day can attest to that.

You may want to check the laws on that telephone conversation as it is illegal in many places to post without consent of both parties.

This article most applies to telephone tapping... Not he same as recording a call. There are also only a few states where both parties have to be notified to record a conversation. A loophole in the law... only one party has to be in the know; doesn't matter if that party is the one recording the conversation, as long as he's a participant in the convo, he's free to record. You said his account was cleared of investigation multiple times. How about you send me the headers on that email with a checksum? Oh yeah, because you're 100% falsifying that data. It is EASILY detected if there's been a DDOS on your website by analyzing the traffic, at no point did your servers go offline from DDOSing. You should be ASHAMED of yourself MAN!!! This is so beyond ridiculous I cannot wait until the owner of that E2 box comes out because if you think you're getting away with everyone's cash you're sadly mistaken... I 100% believe CoinBoss4Life and anybody who doesn't IS NOT PAYING FULL ATTENTION, this site is rigged to take your winning bets, and the programs are rigged to force you to lose 1500 spins straight. I can't speak with certainty on the actions of others, nor do I know what they do, who they talk to, etc. I can only speak on my own actions and Mr. Diaz definitely never spoke to me. *I* did not get away with anyone's cash, and nor did anyone else here. When you sign up and play on coinbet.cc, you agree to the terms and conditions therein. If you violate those terms and conditions, your account is suspended and you forfeit any winnings. It's clearly written for anyone to see. We did, however, offer him a full refund of any deposits made. We don't have to do that - the terms and conditions state that account balances are forfeited as well, if you violate the rules. That's just our attempt at not being dicks about the banning, despite the fact that this has gotten beyond convoluted, ridiculous, and full of bullshit accusations. All other shit aside, the flat out bottom line, as I've said before, is he violated the terms and conditions. Regardless of what anyone else did or did not tell him, that is the flat fact. He knows it, we know it, and something tells me you know it as well.

Personal info is not required. We allow anonymous sign ups. Regardless, that's not how he violated terms and conditions. He violated them by operating multiple accounts and using them to claim multiple bonuses using the same deposits (transferring funds between accounts, then claiming additional bonuses on the secondary accounts).

As far as I'm aware, no one attacked our servers. That being said, if a server was attacked, I would probably not be aware of it anyway. All I know is that it was mentioned in the email. I do not think it actually occurred. Like I said, as far as I'm aware.

I don't know what your deal is, or if you are part of Mr. Diaz's little scammer crew, but go fuck yourself. I have nothing to prove to you. I'm just doing my job and legitimate players tend to enjoy the ongoing support I, and others here, often bend over backwards to provide.

I honestly don't care what anyone else told him. That person was wrong!

I had $750 in my account and it totally disappeared, while I was logged on even.  They said I could deposit 1/3 and the balance will be "restored."  Ok, maybe I'll do that, but what would be rollover requirements be then?  I figured it should be the voucher plus bonus plus deposit, to make $400.  They write back and say it's $1000!  Where the heck did $1000 come from?!  They just made it up I assume.  Now the guy on this forum writes they don't want my business anymore (obviously not because it would cost them money, which they had in my account and then took away.)  All I wanted to know was how much the rollover requirement would be and they couldn't give me a straight answer.

Did you deposit funds and if so, how much of that $750 was yours? If the balance of your voucher credit disappeared, that shouldn't be a surprise because the program was cancelled. And why were you told they didn't want your business anymore? I'm just curious because from your post, there's nothing that would warrant that. But... And I'm not taking sides here... They've made it pretty clear that you can't withdraw without making a deposit.

Yea, you sure would think someone wouldn't be that stupid, but sadly, that's the message that was received. Unless it's someone trying to play games, or stir the pot, it certainly appeared to come from him.

Either way, we are done addressing this situation. Terms and conditions were violated, and quite blatantly, and in multiple ways. His accounts (Yes, MULTIPLE) have been banned as a result. There's nothing else to it.

Well well. It seems like coinboss4life situation may not let up. I'm not on anyone' semidetached here and I don't want to add fuel to this fire, but I'll add my experiences with coinbet.cc in case someone is deciding to use this casino. I'm still deciding myself... I like the games but most importantly, I like what they're offering. Apologize in advance for the many grammatical errors in this post... Using my iPad Tongue

First - I have never made a deposit. I've only gambled with their free vouchers, but if real play is anything like the voucher play, I wouldn't play here. Why? Evidently there was an issue with the slots' difficulty level and the vouchers. Literally, none of the slots paid; thousands of spins not a single win. But I will say that the rep here has been extremely accommodating to this fact and he gave all who we're having issues another voucher when this was first realized.

That voucher was the same thing after a couple of wins... One being a "big" win of about $20. After that win (not quite 30 minutes) the slots stopped paying completely. At this point, I started collecting screenshots to send to tech support as instructed. I didn't receive anything but a cookie cutter response. Since I couldn't use the voucher anymore, my account was credited directly. Again, the same. There were only two games I found that actually paid, but so little there's no way one could sustain a balance. The only reason I continued to play was to see how long it could go without a win.  

The rep here allowed me another chance at a free voucher because my claim was considered "legitimate." Again more slot difficulty issues, only two games paying. I also reached out to tech support and they were responsive and assured me they were working on the issue. No canned response, this was a rep who I communicated with, several times.

I recognized the problems I was having as technical issues so there wasn't a need to accuse anything at that point. Not to mention, the vouchers were given out to test the games, so how could I complain?!

So, thinking that maybe my account might be flagged as being one trying to scam, I figured I'd cancel that account and open a real one, with my real information. But prior to doing this I contacted the rep here, told him my intentions and requested for my first account to be cancelled. Oh, I wasn't able to access the transaction page at all on my original account, tried for days. I'm not sure why; I've never tried to withdraw, even before the latest withdrawal requirements, and I only had one account. My new account is actually attached to my real personal information; I wanted to make sure that by creating an account with first name Lucky, I wouldn't ruin my chance of ever being granted a real winning. Anyways, needless to say, it was the same with my new account, only the same two slots paying, and very little.

There was another issue, although I can't recall if his happened my last play with my first account, or my first/only play under my real account. The scatters error was fixed somewhat (3 scatters resulted in free spins). Only problem, one game I had over 1500 free spins, no wins. Another slot was getting just as high so no need to entertain. I just started playing the game that was paying to see where it would go. Same as before. I sent tech support screenshots of the free spins lock up, didn't receive a response.

That's it in a nutshell. I haven't launched an all out bashing because honestly I don't feel it's warranted in my situation... After all, the slot difficulty level was, possibly still is, tied directly to the free vouchers. And I've only used free vouchers to play. It wouldn't be fair for me to assess game play right now because I haven't had the opportunity to really play since I've had nothing but issues with the slots from the start. I'm feeling out others' experiences before making a deposit. But it won't be until that time I can provide a true assessment. I can't make a judgement just yet.

Hope this makes sense. I believe in giving everyone a fair shot. For those who are familiar with a lot of my posts, you know I try to be as unbiased as possible, providing as much info as I can so you can make an informed decision. This is just another one of those Smiley

In regards to the coinboss4life situation, and this is the last time I'm going to say this, we do NOT payout any winnings to accounts that violate our terms and conditions. Especially when done as blatantly as he did. He had every opportunity to read the terms and conditions, several times in fact, and he refused to acknowledge the fact that he was in violation of them. That is all there is to it.

I also find it difficult to believe that a support rep would threaten his life and I think this is his way of trying to strong arm us into playing into his extortion racket. It's not going to work.

I have included a screenshot of an email sent to our support address this morning that should make it very clear what we are dealing with here.



There's really nothing else to say on this matter. His account was terminated for a violation of terms and conditions, and that's the final word on that. Any legitimate players in our casino have no problem being paid out promptly, and having support requests handled quickly and efficiently, and we will continue to offer that same support to any legitimate players. We will NOT, however, bend over to scammers, extortionists, cheaters, and anyone violating our terms and conditions. The rules are very clear and we will not make exceptions.
Wow. I can't believe that coinboss stooped so low as to make up a story about death threats. Good thing he left evidence that he lies.

i deposited a little over 5 btc to try them out.  The bonus definitely enticed me.  the rollover i have to complete is fairly large, but i am pecking away as best i can.  so far i have been lucky to be doing so well, but there's a long way to go before my rollover will be met so i cant comment on the payout situation.  the lines are very good and the customer support has been extremely responsive, both on the phone and via email.

i am just a regular customer though who didnt ask for any vouchers and created only one account.  time will tell how well they can pay out if i can successfully complete this rollover and be fortunate enough to end up with more than i started with.
