Regarding my above DOGE withdrawal, I've just tried clicking the withdrawal confirmation link again, and got a page that just said this, without any transaction ID: "This withdraw request was already confirmed earlier. Transaction id:"

My withdrawal history page says it is confirmed, but the coins haven't arrived and I don't have a transaction ID to check. The DOGE wallet has been offline for 17 hours now, will this be pushed through when it's back up?

i had a deposit pending for 2 days, 299995 doge coins and today i log in to see that it is no longer pending. There is not even a doge wallet address for me to give you. Since my deposit was pending and withdrawl of my money was totally impossible i feel i deserve my money no matter what the cause of loss. This is a serious investment for someone at my income level and i would really appreciate if i could have that back. user name is solarbear

Just tried sending 1000 doge to my wallet. Nothing happened for a few mins, then I requested a new address. I sent myself 1 doge to the new address, and it worked.

Did my 1k doge just get lost in the ether? Huh

Hi, I had problems depositing DOGE yesterday, which coinmarket kindly fixed.
Today I have made a withdrawal and it has not arrived at the other wallet, though the coinmarket.io/withdrawals page says it is confirmed. I clicked the confirmation link in the email and it gave a blank transaction ID. Now when I click that link it just says "It's not happening."

I did go to the Trade tap on top click then scroll down to 'my active order' ...it blank there. Nothing to cancel. I look around still couldn't find the one you instructed.
Please help to cancel the trade ? I think I will be more careful test one at the time until I get to know how's this xchange work as Newbie.

You simply do not understand how an exchange works. You can cancel your ORDER at any time ant the coins will be released. They are "on order" because nobody wants to deal with your ridiculous price. Go to the trade window, scroll down and click CANCEL.

I have a pending BTC withdrawal that won't seem to go through.  I didn't get any confirmation email if that is what is causing it to be held up in "Pending" status.  Is there any way to force this to go through or to resend a confirmation email if that is what is required?

Your logic is bullshit.  It's all about responding and at least acknowledging someone's post. Go to another service? Like your support is any better....lol.  It's not like you are the only trading platform and I was trying to give your site a chance. BTW, Great representation of your site.
The fact that some people get an instant response does not mean that we are ignoring the others.
Blockchain.info shows 2 deposits to that address and they both have a credited flag in our system.
If there really is a problem with your account, it will take time to audit. Hours, maybe days. Our hands are FULL of work at all times.

We rather have this thread and be transparent & sometimes even rude to some people than have no thread at all.
Or do you want us to switch to ticket-based email support right now? You dont see this with other exchanges because they have no support thread like this.
