cheers for letting us know. the chat support staff havent been very informative and are saying different things to people. others are saying that balances have disappeared. Some strange bets cant happen on originals. Auto play is very temperamental. Sometimes it will still bet even when you leave the game.

As far as I'm concerned, there's a technical issue from the payment provider side. They are working on fixing it. As soon as it gets fixed, all the payment will be processed.

Funds are SAFU.

Confirming this issue as legit since I have a pending deposit too using TRC20 USDT while the support gives me an ETA of 2hrs before this issue was finished.

I just hope that they should temporarily disable the deposit just like what they did on fiat deposits so that user will not deposit and wait for long time until they finished the maintenance.  Undecided
I experienced a similar issue last week with a pending deposit using TRON blockchain USDT. It took about 4-8 hours to resolve my deposit issue but the support team assured me it would be fixed as soon as possible but it didn't. Also they didn't provide the reason for the delay. It's not about the Tron blockchain because when I checked the explorer the transaction was already confirmed but the USDT is still not credited to my account. It was credited after 4-8 hours.

Probably on their side because I notice that remove a lot of fiat currency option in their deposits. I still manage to play few days ago without any problem both withdrawal and deposit. I’m not sure if this issue is persistent on last few days when I’m not making a deposit.

Seems to be true, I also read some complaints in the chat room about deposit and long withdrawal.
It seems they are experiencing technical issue with their wallet but hope they will fix it as soon as possible.
Maybe coins.game need to have live support who can actively inform the situation in the chat room or at least give a notification if there is on going issue at the site to avoid complaints and disappointment from players.
At least having more active mods in the chat room will help a bit IMO because I read someone talk about "hack" as well which may make others feel afraid of the situation.

Do you already have personal customer support on telegram? Try to contact them to easily solve the issue. You are a VIP level 6 so I’m sure you already have personal customer support since I got them when I’m on your level.

I think the problem is really from your browser or you got disabled accidentally by the support. Try to contact them while your account is logout just to make sure what is the cause of the problem. Normally, You can still contact support when logout besides try to load the casino longer until all games is already visible.
If the user can wait, sharing more details even in screenshot can be paused for a while.

I always see risk when sharing personal details and because the user already informed the team in this announcement thread as well as in that support channel. I am really sure the team will return to him with an official reply after they complete internal investigation about the case.

Avoid leaking as many personal details as possible is a good practice in general.

I think the problem is really from your browser or you got disabled accidentally by the support. Try to contact them while your account is logout just to make sure what is the cause of the problem. Normally, You can still contact support when logout besides try to load the casino longer until all games is already visible.

The only issue was even on my first withdrawal request because it was rejected but they fix it asap.
After that time, all withdrawal was smooth and fast, no more rejection or other issue.
Maybe there is technical issue on the system when you experience it, but for sure nothing to worry as long as we can still contact support.

I've experienced a long pending process twice, it took about 5 hours for my withdrawal to be approved, usually it's fast and smooth. Maybe you are right, they are having problems with the payment system. But everything is fine, my withdrawal was successful

As far as I know the system of the casino can detect if the bet is a bonus buy or not, since the contest will be done by the casino itself with the idea of LM, I do not think that there will be a problem identifying bet done in bonus buys.  Listing slots that does not offer bonus-buy is a good suggestion since it lessen the task done by the contest manager.
