Totally agree with you, and this not only saves players or the house from paying these high fees that eats a away part of the profit but ensures players get their coins much faster.

And best solution to this is have a dollar account which if you deposit crypto it converts to USD automatically and when player is ready to withdraw they can choose coins/blockchain to withdraw and this is something I have seen on several casinos and Sportsbooks which can be adopted here.

AFAIK Casino coins only supports exchanging coins from JET to other coins but does not support vice versa or exchanging coins other than JET (correct me if I'm wrong). So I don't think it can be done that way

The 5x multiplier is only the minimum that is considered valid to take part in the contest, if you want to win first or second place then you need a higher multiplier because I have seen participants already get multipliers of more than 400x

LOL... I don't know if there are any special tricks for playing slots because slot machines only rely on luck. However, slots from Play'n Go providers might be good because usually bonuses from Play'n Go providers are easy to get

Swap feature is a good but so many casinos have so bad exchange rates that it's not a handy if you want to withdraw $100 or higher amount of money. If you play with $10 or something like this, it's really a handy feature.

Totally agree with you, and this not only saves players or the house from paying these high fees that eats a away part of the profit but ensures players get their coins much faster.

Agree with you. Dynamic withdrawal fee is possible since many casino already doing that with their withdrawal. But I think it’s more convenient for casino to do the flat rate so that they will not think about any potential error in fees in the future.

Many people don't mind fees and still use Bitcoin. Especially people who use software wallets like Electrum where they have total control on their funds and also have low number of inputs and outputs, fees don't affect them hugely. Btw I expect many people to move on altcoins to withdraw their money.

One thing I notice on the website is it easily prompts the reload notification popup message on mobile version once you accidentally click any part of the screen. This makes my browsing experience on the casino slow down when this message popping, is there any chance to remove this reload notification? I experienced some pending withdrawal for almost 2hrs now on Matic currency. I don’t problem yesterday on withdrawal since it arrives instant. I talk already the support he told that my account manager will check and give me 20mins ETA which didn’t happened.

I understand the delays due to the network problem in almost every coin. Just posting here my concern since the chat support icon is freeze and can’t be click on my side so there’s no way for me to ask an update for my withdrawal. I knew @Denis is an awesome man and will solve this ASAP.

PS: Maria(My personal support) is also inactive that’s why I have no choice than to post here.

5000 sats to 1 mbtc? Holy moly. That's a big change. Blasted ordinals/inscriptions are creating chaos everywhere in the cryptocurrency market these days and are breaking records in a bad way.

It's best to stick with LTC, Doge etc since no one in their right mind would want to transfer BTC unless the amount involved is huge.

I havent tried it in coins game because it is rare for me to gamble using btc, I use tron or doge most of the time because of its cheap fee.
However based on my experience in other casino, although the casino charge a fixed withdrawal fee for btc but the casino is usually process the withdrawal with the best fee.
I tried it in other casino few days when fee was like today, and the casino process my withdrawal with good fee (more than what is charged to me).
So I expect that coins.game is also doing the same thing, process withdrawal with the best fee although they charge 5k satoshi only.

I'm not sure this alternative is good or not but as far as I know we can't exchange bitcoin for other tokens on the coins.game site, only JET tokens can be exchanged for other coins, so we have to make a withdrawal in btc. I thought it would be the same because the transaction fees are expensive. If the casino uses transaction fees that are too low then our withdrawals will get stuck and become more difficult because we always have to contact CS

I'm sure coins managers have large assets so they won't mind expensive transaction fees. However, it's still a good idea to save on transaction fees. Maybe OP could add a rule stating that if BTC transaction fees are high then rewards will be sent using alternative coins. So the first payment option remains bitcoin, and prize payments in alternative coins are only used under certain conditions
