There's a problem with that. If someone deposits with low fee and lost bet before confirmation, they can cancel the tx. Well, we have solution for that too though. We have to filter out tx with RBF. Again, it can be a negative impact as you are thinking now. However, this is a very important recommendation you did and we surely will focus on doing something on this.

I have nothing against how they managed the bonus code on Telegram. For me, it was perfect compared to other casinos that also gave promo codes every day. Few suggestions about code drop event. I literally read the notification about the bonus code on telegram the moment it was posted. The only problem is still the same which the casino is very slow to load which makes it very hard to claim the bonus even if you saw it first.

Normally, casino will taken care of like VIP once you already gave them a wager volume like VIP not before. VIP is earned through your contribution on the casino not because you are a VIP from different casino.
