I received it and withdrew it as well. I didn't know why my withdrawal was canceled on the first attempt. But then I realized there was a note. I had to wager more to make a withdrawal request. After that, I kept getting errors saying to contact support. They took a few seconds to fix it this time, and I could withdraw the funds.

What? On my part? Did I control the withdrawal system or the service I want to use to cash out? I simply want to withdraw my funds instantly as other casinos do. Just tested a withdrawal few minutes ago, at first I thought that I will experience the same as happened to xLays yesterday because my 1st withdrawal request was cancelled.
Luckily my 2nd request is processed and I received my money in my wallet after few minutes.
I have no idea why my 1st request was cancelled by the system, maybe coins game should inform players immediatelly by email or by live chat once a withdrawal is cancelled.
My withdrawal is not big, just did it for a withdrawal test to know how smooth the withdrawal in coins.game.

Yeah, my screenshot also says the same mate. I don't know what I'm missing or what.
It's all highlighted when I visit the game.

When I place a bet on red, only red is highlighted. Later, if I change the bet to the green, the green line is highlighted.

IF you had ever played the Plinko game you would know that the GREEN line of Betting is active as it is the only color highlighted.
IF the game is not active (no bet has been made) ALL betting options and lines would be highlighted.
Meaning. The ball is missing. And sound keeps on playing on loop even tho the ball should have reached the bottom ages ago, even if it is invisible.
The result also will not show up at the top of the screen where it should.

I just have checked once again (I have been playing here for the last few days). I haven't encountered any problem other than the local payment processor. The deposit method works fine although someone encountered a problem with the TRX deposit. I used LTC and it was fine.
