No. If you deposit BTC, your balance will also be in BTC. In case, if you see USD balance, please disable "view in USD". Even if you don't disable it, your balance is still in BTC. We just display the equivalent USD amount. No worries.

I was also had the same issue but with another language until I found the language changing option. By default English seems very convenient.

@Coins.game, I am still understanding the system. So far I was able to learn that the bets are in USD. My balance are in BTC which means when placing bet and the bet to be settled, the staked amount are first converting from BTC to USD and then USD to BTC for adding in my balance. Unless BTC market has a great up trend between the time, I have less risk to lose the BTC value. I am okay with it.

But all I had to do was win this rain from @garivprogari, worth 13000 trx, and try to withdraw that amount so the site could accuse me of being a bonus hunter.

Normally, casino will taken care of like VIP once you already gave them a wager volume like VIP not before. VIP is earned through your contribution on the casino not because you are a VIP from different casino.

I have no idea what is the point of telling them that you have wagered millions dollar in other casinos? I come to request a review of my situation, as I had all my balances confiscated, my level returned from 6 to 1, and I was accused of being a bonus hunter.
You see, I have had an account on this site for 1 year, I made some deposits, placed bets, participated in chat. I participated almost every day in the tournament with CANDY coin, even winning a few times.
I was drawn in the rain that @garivprogari did. These values were drawn by a user.
I didn't cheat, I didn't ask anyone for anything, I just got lucky.
I went to withdraw this amount, which belongs to me, and asked me to send documents so that the account could be verified and I DID it, because I earned it honestly.

Try to ask their customer support bro. There are some post here previously regarding issue on the withdrawal for PHP currency. They might having same issue now or your account might be subjected to KYC.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience with the local payment processor. We are trying to fix this problem soon. We already have fixed the problem for few local payment, they are all automated deposit and withdrawal.

I thought that you have fixed this issue after xlays first experience some time ago, is the issue coming back recently as it is his 2nd problem with PHP local payment.
Maybe your team should do double check for the all available local payment processors to assure that all is working properly, while you are doing it, I suggest you to disable them until you sure that everything is fine to avoid other users experience the same problem.
Just suggestion ofc.
@xlays I think it is better if you deposit using crypto although I believe you have a valid reason why do you prefer to use local payment than crypto.

Nice second round for crash contest! I just want to clarify what’s the rules for the bonus reward. Does the player who hit target multiplier first will win the reward or the first one who hit it and post it on the contest thread will win the reward?
