As I said, I have had an account at this casino for over 1 year, I bet normally, I made deposits and withdrawals normally...
But all I had to do was win this rain from @garivprogari, worth 13000 trx, and try to withdraw that amount so the site could accuse me of being a bonus hunter.
First I was asked to verify my account, I did that, and then they took all my coins and canceled my VIP level.
For me, the amount that was confiscated from me was a robbery.
I hope the site returns my money. and let me withdraw what I just earned.

Normally, casino will taken care of like VIP once you already gave them a wager volume like VIP not before. VIP is earned through your contribution on the casino not because you are a VIP from different casino.
Can you share what you specifically looking for on a casino? Because BTT representative can’t do anything if your demand is already declined by the support.

I have no idea what is the point of telling them that you have wagered millions dollar in other casinos? Are you looking for something like special offer or maybe special deal because you have wagered millions dollar and you will do the same in this casino? Try to ask their customer support bro. There are some post here previously regarding issue on the withdrawal for PHP currency. They might having same issue now or your account might be subjected to KYC.
Sweet win on the crash game. Does your 6k php profit came from that 224+ multiplier alone?
I already contacted support, but just like before, it was a disaster. They need me to wait another 24 hours to withdraw. I managed to make 25K PHP (400USD+), I got 12x at Keno with a 500 PHP bet, but I still ended up losing because of greed.
I never learn. The funds that I was supposed to withdraw, I lost it again. For sure it the withdrawal is instant this kind of situation will never happen again. So I wont recommend playing with our local currency in this website. Totally disaster.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience with the local payment processor. We are trying to fix this problem soon. We already have fixed the problem for few local payment, they are all automated deposit and withdrawal.
I thought that you have fixed this issue after xlays first experience some time ago, is the issue coming back recently as it is his 2nd problem with PHP local payment.
Maybe your team should do double check for the all available local payment processors to assure that all is working properly, while you are doing it, I suggest you to disable them until you sure that everything is fine to avoid other users experience the same problem.
Just suggestion ofc.
@xlays I think it is better if you deposit using crypto although I believe you have a valid reason why do you prefer to use local payment than crypto.

Signed up to the site and looks pretty good, I made a deposit and won a little but encountered an issue when trying to withdraw some. Seems like coins is pretty KYC heavy. No problem, but I'm currently unable to KYC as i put spam details upon registration (not anticipating this!).
I've contacted LC and email a few times but had the same robotic response - they're looking into changing my details for me to allow me to verify, but haven't done it yet and it's under review!
