I have also seen you have sent some bonuses as compensation to other players as well which will surely help Coins.game to build a good reputation. Anyways, you could have been the first winner of the crash hunt competition if that candy bet were in crypto. You are missing the contest just because you are the manager? I guess there are no problems in participating as it depends on your gambling skills. I have seen some other managers participate in the contest even though they are the creator and I do not see any problem in it.

I don't think so. I am not level three yet, but I have claimed the Coins Wheel bonus a couple of times. 1.5 TRX two or three times. A Jet once and 11 or a similar amount of Dogecoin once. So this is not the correct statement, buddy. I guess anyone can spin the wheel once the timer is ready.

Even if you place bets on a 95% win chance, you will lose around 5% for every 100 bets. That's on average. It can vary, but houses always win in the long run. Always play your natural games, and you will realize you have unlocked a lot of Jet at some point. There are similar platforms like coins.game, and they have the same feature where users have thousands of locked stablecoins.

Forcing to unlock the JET by wagering with the lowest odds on the original games is not recommended, just play the game when we want and let the JET unlocked naturally and take it as a side bonus for your gambling activities in coins.game
This way, it will be worth because you are not playing to unlock the JET only but you are playing because you want to play as you like.

However, the support has to understand the case as well.

In the case of Xlays, his withdrawal was getting canceled, and support said he wrote the wrong payment details while everything was correct, according to Xlays. The support misunderstood the case, so Xlays continued to gamble and lose the fund.
