Can you explain the unanswered question about Jet tokens unlock formula? The percentage on the formula doesn’t make sense on where it came from and so on.
Pardon me. I intentionally skipped it because according to the formula, you should unlock 5 JET already. How much have you unlocked? We also get JET on our balance without the necessity of claiming this on the bonus page. Have you checked them? It seems fine on my account but I asked for an explanation on the both case above.

I also want to share my experience with the 'Coins Wheel' I noticed that last week whenever I made a deposit and spun the Coins Wheel I always received unlocked jets or rewards that I could claim or bet immediately. However, this week when I haven't made any deposits I'm consistently getting locked rewards usually just 1 Jet or 1.5 TRX.

Most importantly that this lock JET tokens is from bonus deposit which means should be claimed through certain rollover amount. A x20 or x30 wagering requirements is much easier than this kind of formula system since my 2000$ wager should be already halfway in case we are following the rollover format.

I’m not a fan of giving complain review but I believe forum user here needs to be aware on my current experience on this casino. I deposit and manage to win yesterday by playing blackjack. The problem is my withdrawal is already taking some time which is almost 24hrs now while the support advised me that this delay can extend to 24hrs to 48hrs.
I’m just upset because my deposit was credited instantly using that same payment processor while theres a problem on withdrawal only. They should disable the deposit for this payment processor if it’s really true that there’s a problem with withdrawal since the funds will be trap in the casino. I thought my gambling experience here will be smooth but the withdrawal makes this casino terrible. What happened to me in this casino is similar to what happened to you. I became impatient when I can withdraw my funds I tempted to gamble and end up losing all the funds I want to withdraw. You should put a note regarding the withdrawal duration on local currency deposit. I will use crypto instead of fiat in case I know that withdrawal is not instant.
Hate to break this but I successfully withdrawn my balance already. They are indeed telling the truth since they convert my balance from PHP to USDT as per my request just to withdraw my money. This is a good sign that they are willing to help real customer concern.
